  • Cordwood Chicken Coop build Part 1
We are trying our hand at cordwood masonry for a chicken coop. Using stones and logs sourced from our lil homestead in the woods, we start building the first permanent structure on the property.
We are planning on using these techniques in our house build coming soon in 2022. We can't wait to see what's on the agenda for next year.

Right on! Glad ya’ll are back and doing some cool projects! The cordwood build was a damned good idea. I did a small toolshed years ago when I lived in Idaho. Sean.... ya better get some gloves brother. That mortar is going to dry your hands out. You will see tonight when you try to sleep. Lol.... great video!

@@sdixonwork yea, I’m with ya. Gloves are a pain to work with when trying to do certain things.... like molding mortar in crevices. Anyway... you guys keep up the progress. We are a few steps behind you guys on our shed to cabin project in Scott County. Hey... I need advice. We have no cell reception at our place. Do you guys know of a good booster that works?

@@timothybageant7429 what cell service do you use?
When I worked for ATT they had their own and so did Verizon and they supposedly worked pretty good. However they do use a wifi signal so if you don't have good internet they may not help.
Our signal suck here too but we manage. That's about the extent of my knowledge of cell boosters.

We get one bar on Verizon if we set it in the window of our shed, but nothing g anywhere else.
