Oh man... I wish you had videos catering to people who aren't great with setting up electronics. hahaha :*( I can't figure out how to set up this wheel. This tablet is so beautiful, I'm so excited to use it once I figure this out!
I use win 10 for this and the driver is the new one. I tried to set both roller or touchpad to work as brush size and it only works on one side. It just make it smaller rolling to the right, but is not working making it bigger if I try to roll to the left. Any suggestion? It's really annoying.
I still dont know how to change the wheel from zoom to brush size..help
Hello, you can change the shortcut the wheel from zoom to brush size, as for the brush size shortcut, you need to chance different key according to the software
Hi,
I recently bout this, and I love it, but I have spent the past few days trying to figure out how to change the pen settings so that the thickness of the ink changes as I add/release pressure, I can't figure it out. Could you let me know how?
Hey, the settings could be found in the driver program. There in the pen pressure adjustment you could find that.
@@XPPen hello, i heard about an issue regarding windows ink because of which the pen pressure stops working. Is that true, if yes is there a full permanent fix for that?
@@ankushchoudhary1775Hi,please write to service@xppen.com and attatch a videoto show your issue,we will figure out the solution for you.
@@XPPen No, it is there but it doesn't work, I have not yet been able to increase the brush size in any drawing program.
I just received mine this week and I am very happy with the tablet. I was wondering if there was any way to program the pen buttons in such a way that you can press the button and then tap the pen tip to the tablet to do a right-click (or other click function), rhater than hovering the pen and clicking into the air?
Hello, yes you can customize the button on the stylus to right click function.

@@ColeccionandoActivos It is now 2023 and it is still a problem to set up the software, probably not for the major markets. I can't even get the pen set up to use it just as a mouse. You save the settings, you try it and do something else.
I just got mine today and after driver instal from site it stoped working :( I tried deleting drivers but now it won't work at all. It just lights up red.. I was looking forward to draw and now i can send it back cause i have a faulty one :(
Hello sorry for this inconvenience, would you mind contacting our tech support, service@xp-pen.com, they will provide the detailed solution for you. Thank you for your cooperation.
@@XPPen I did. Unfortunatelly it did not help, but i ´m thinking about buying a drawing monitor from your line up :D
thanks for sharing I just got the pro but still not sure how to set up the keyboard shortcut is the best~ especially how to set up the kl & kr key~ hope u can have a video to share how u set up the shortcut & apply
Hi, for further help with how to set up shortcut keys, please write to service@xp-pen.com and they will give you the best answer! 😄
Nice video. Btw whats the background music name please.
i don't want to work on the entire active area. it's unnecessarily large for me. i want to reduce the active area on the tablet to represent my whole monitor. but i want it to keep the screen's aspect ratio so that the height or the width doesn't get skewed while i reduce the work area. i cannot find a way to do that.
Hi, I have a problem with my tablet. It works fine on absolute mode but I'd rather work on relative mode but if I set it on relative mode, the windows ink box stays uncrossed which removes pen pressure on photoshop. Is there any way to keep it on relative mode and have the pen pressure back?
Any fix? I have the same issue. cant find a solution anywhere.
@@levi6633 no, sorry. I simply adapted and learned to work on absolute mode and I'm so used to it now I can't imagine going back to relative mode
When i try to open the zip file "the file does not have an app associated with it for performing this action.please install an app or if one is already installed ,create an default apps setting page ." i didnt get it....now what ?🥺🥺😭😭
Are you guys going to update/upgrade your artist 22e pro ?
I was considering buying that one before I saw the 15.6 artist pro 👏🏼
@@yofu2969 I really like that one design but it has alot of issues. hope the polish it up and fix it.
better colors accurcy and lamination and contrast. better drivers. they need to catch up with huion.
am looking forward to what they gona do next year
Dream High Animation oh shoot what kind of issues does the 15.6 pro have? I actually own the 15.6 pro and haven’t really had any issues with it. The scroll wheel itself is amazing and the buttons really help me out when sketching in clip studio. Maybe I’m just oblivious to the faults but I’ve gotta be honest when I say I don’t really think there’s that many, if any that affect me drastically. Point is the tablet works really well, that’s why I keep coming back to XP Pen 😅.
Is it possible to change brush size on wheel settings?
Yep! The wheel can be set to change the brush size. there are two ways to set the function: One is to set it by the driver, another is to press the last shortcut key of the tablet and rotate the wheel to control the size of the brush.
@@XPPen Thank you very much for the answer. I will buy a XP-Pen but i am thinking between Xp-Pen Star 06 and Xp-Pen Deco Pro. Many difference between these two models? Or not? I will use it on Photoshop for retouching. Is Deco Pro possible to use wireless?
@@KaanAltndal Hey, here are some differences between them.
Star 06: 9.9mm; 10×6''display; wireless with USB receiver; 6 shortcut keys and 1 dial; compatible with Windows 7 (or later), Linux (Detailed versions), Mac OS X® 10.10 or later, and major graphics software such as Photoshop®, Painter®, Illustrator®, Clip Studio®, and more; support PS, AI, Painter, Maya, 3DSMax, and zBrush
Deco Pro(Deco pro mw for example): 7mm; 11×6''display; wireless with USB receiver and Bluetooth connection; 8 shortcut keys and 2 dial wheels; compatible with Windows, Mac OS, Android, Chrome OS and Linux systems; support with most drawing and design software, including Photoshop, SAI, Painter, Illustrator, and more
In short, Star 06 is cheaper but with excellent performance; Deco Pro is slimmer and has larger working area than Star 06, larger compatibilities and it supports nearly 20 applications, two wireless ways of connection. I believe both of them won't let you down. Hope this can help you. :)
@@XPPen This is so much helps, thank you very much! I will buy Deco Pro and may i ask the last question? Where can i buy wireless accessory for Deco Pro? I think it's not include box like Star 06 or Deco 03 model. Isn't it? And really thank you so much again, i appreciate it :))
@@KaanAltndal Hey, here you go with the store link: www.storexppen.com/search/index.html?search_word=Deco+pro, over there you can choose the country and find the accessory we support.
I m an Architectural designer (uses for AutoCAD, Sketchup, Revit, ArchiCAD, Blender, Photoshop, Indesign, Premier), planning to migrate from Wacom to Xp pen Deco Pro.. and I need to make sure if the pen tablet be suitable for my 3D artist work flow. I was hoping anyone who has it can help to answer few of my question as this would effect the workflow.
The driver in the website has a version of "XP-PENWin_3.0.8.201225(New UI Beta Driver)"
Question:
1. From my research digging information from reviewers and PDF from Deco Pro website - How come the older driver dial and touch dial has 5 slots each, while the new UI has only 4 slots each (additionally mac driver has 6 slots each?)
2. Upon my research, I would like to know if it is possible to have zoom in and zoom out to be allocated to just 1 button at pen barrel? (ie. by holding on the button, moving the pen forward or backward will simulate zoom in n zoom out)
3. Is the Beta driver stable enough for daily driver?
4. Based on my research on reviewers, the mouse + keyboard key combination for custom express key, can only be found in newer UI driver and not on the official driver?
5. the New UI driver will have the ability to have individual app presets for the pen barrel buttons? This is important as I am using multiple apps with their individual way to zoom, rotate and pan
6. does XP pen has same windows ink issue as Wacom (pressure sensitivity in some prog will not work if windows ink is not activated)?
You help will be much appreciated and I hope these question able to encourage regular wacom user to consider alternative pentablet.
Finally, Can someone do a video showing the new UI driver. Pen tablet will only be as useful as the driver it provide.
What programme do you use for windows for this pen ?
I have a problem on photoshop cc. The pen works well to select everything, but doesn't draw with the brush :s
Hi I been trying to change the keys of my tablet, I'm using the program Krita and I want to custom my own hotkeys but I can't figure out how to. I've changed the functions and the Krita's ones but they still have the old functions.
I uninstalled the driver and reinstalled again.
does it support bluetooth connection?
Nope
I don't have the button to open my tablet settings
My pen pressure doesn't work, how can I fix it?
Hi,sorry for the inconvenience brought to you. Please write to service@xp-pen.com and explain the issue in detail.

do you have this on windows 10?
Is it support windows 11
No settings for lefties? I couldn´t find it at all, not even with the new app. This problem should be fixed asap.
Pen pressure sensitivity isnt working
Can anyone help??

Windows 7 32bit can use this ?
Yes,it supports windows 7/8/10 32/64 bit.
Also on Mac too.
This is stupid...... try making the device AND video at least semi-user friendly?????!!!
I know, it took me a week to figure out the settings. Once you discover all the great features, it's a wow! I don't need a keyboard when painting.
I. Can’t. fucking. DO IT, MAN
Grate video! Settled with this pad easy and quick. Try to do myself but forgot to add photoshop. This video really helped. Thank you!
To be a company dedicated to the development of electronic devices, its videotutorial is a SHIT it seems that it was made by a primary school child from his room, IMPROVE THAT!., devoid of common sense., I feel I must have bought a WACOM if I bought the DECO pro it was to save a dollar
What a horrible way to "try" teaching something !!!!!!!
GOES TOO DAMN FAST TO FALLOW!
