Anna, thank you for playing this as gentle as Beethoven probably would have. I say that because Beethoven had all sides to him power and gentleness of touch, serious and whimsy, darkness, melancholy, poignancy, the joy, pain and the bombast. I believe his favorite Andante I feel would be played as you are with nuances, sans the heavy-handed version on other interpretations. Just my preference. Yours is a joy. ❤️
Now that I've also heard the excellent, one of a kind rendition sonata 32, by Beethoven... I got spoiled, I am afraid... I can't wait to hear sonata 31! Yes! Great Expectations!
I agree. What a pity she left out the repeats. Beethoven is dancing a minuet with Josephine here, and minuet parts need to be repeated. Without the repeats the section has lost its balance.
Anna Dmytrenko ist omitting the repeats of bars 82-89 and 90-97. Beethoven clearly wanted them repeated, and why? Because those two 8-bar phrases constitute a minuet (Wikipedia: "the minuet was usually in binary form, with two repeated sections of usually eight bars each."). My interpretation is that Beethoven's imagination is that of a dance with Josephine, and this dance needs the repeats of the typical II:A:II II:B:II form. Omitting them means ignoring the composer's intention, and that ruins an otherwise very sensible interpretation.
Fabuloso, fantástica interpretacion
In the first 2 bars we can listen the name of Beethoven immortal beloved...Jo-se-phi-ne😊🎵🎶
However simple the tune was. Beethoven couldn’t stop playing it himself. He was obsessed with it and played it ever so often…..
It was for his Immortal Beloved, Josephine von Brunsvik. You can hear her name repeatedly played here. ❤
Anna, your harmonic chords are so soothing. Your successions of thirds and octaves so mesmerizing!
An artist who touches the soul of these works. Well done Anna!

Perfekt, liebe Anna. Beethoven wäre voll des Lobes
Excellent
YESSSSS!
A fine performance, Anna; but why did you omit the Bb section repeats?🤔

Lovely, lyrical.
She holds an unchallenged position as an interpreter of Beethoven
6:35-6:41 6:42 - 6:50 Ah... the sound of silence! how wonderful it sounds!

Uauuu
5:44 - 6:15 impeccable technique!
Actually it is not quite good performance, the session has been broken down and it is not successive.
chopin stole his melody
Which piece of Chopin’s do you hear this melody in?
@@nerrdinhoDitto, I want to know what OP is hearing
Chopin was so good at stealing stuff from greater composers. I wish he was as good at composing music.
