just use medic with vaccinator and one with uber and maybe one withcritz with vaccinator Phara will be countered the Bastion, widowmaker too and the normal uber to advance and making progess, Enginner with the wrangler and sentry lvl 3. Pyro with jetpack and for the roadhog uses heavy with the holiday punchs and after uses taunt kill and Soldier with cow mangler 5000 with the robotics one pyro with homewrecker and others
Those spies that you saw at the beginning are called "Spycrabs". Those are a kind of friendlies that are very endangered. If you kill them you would be considered as a criminal and would be shot to death by the whole server.

The spies in the beginning were doing the "spy crab" meme to distract the Overwatch team. When you equip the disguise kit as spy and look up while walking, the spy looks a bit like he's doing a crab walk :D It's a pretty old TF2 meme and sadly is not seen often these days. Winglet's depiction on Spy's sapper will be broken if they encounter one of the omnic heroes in Overwatch, the sapper disables and slowly destroying the mechanical target, in TF2 this is only used on Engineer's buildings (and robots in MvM) The distance of the Widowmaker and the Sniper (since the first Overwatch vs TF2) is somewhat far from each other.
