I've found at least 3 to 5 of those Model T valve stem caps here in Dallas....I didn't know what they were (THANKS!)...I always just salvage them with the brass pile.....I won't do that anymore. I might be able to sell those to T-Collectors. I kept thinking they were some kind of old brass handle screw-driver toy for kids.

In virtually all cities, the sidewalk strips (the area in between the sidewalk and roadway) is city property. Homeowners typically maintain the grass or whatever is in that strip, but it actually owned by the city.
