ASMR is essentially a made up acronym (Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response ) used to describe that tingly / buzzing feeling you may have experienced in your head or running down your spine. The sensation can be triggered by personal attention, tutorials, sounds etc. If you are discovering "ASMR" videos for the first time, their primary purpose is just to relax and almost always to send the listener to sleep.

FYI:
Adding a drop of water to whiskey causes new flavours to come forwards due to the presence of water causing oils that are emulsified into the whiskey to separate, drawing out flavours specific to those oils. That's why adding water to peated scotch can make it seem smokier, and adding it to Japanese whiskey can draw out the sandlewood other woody flavours (in fact a lot of Japanese whiskey is bottled at a higher proof because it is sold with dilution in mind, as it is popular to drink whiskey in Japan "Two's Up", which is two parts whiskey to one part mineral water).
Conversely younger whiskeys like American Bourbon and Rye that spend a lot less time in the barrel, and have a much lower oil content, are less affected by the addition of water.

This should be a 6 hour video, after the first hour, have a baby crying. At hour three, the chair in front of you leans back too far and doesn’t move until the end. at hour 5 you start experience turbulence, the baby starts crying again, the girl with the fear of flying who really should be on a 6 hour flight starts freaking out and screaming, and the flight attendant cuts you off on rum and coke. At hour six, the pilot informs the passengers that the weather is too rough to land and you’ll be in the air for another hour, on hour seven you finally land. It takes the pilot a half hour to dock and then another 15 minute to get off the plane. Then you find out your luggage was lost.

I've always been terrified of heights and airplanes and I have to get on a flight to New Zealand soon and I am super terrified when I know I shouldn't be but I sure wish that you were the Flight Attendant when I go because you would make me completely calm.
Please try to keep yourself distracted whenever your mind enters worry mode. Plane's are incredible machines and their safety records are higher than anything other vehicle you could possibly passenger on. If you have to travel, the safest way is by plane :) Try to enjoy the leisurely walks through the airports, then when you're in the plane, try to sit back and enjoy the luxury. I know some planes can feel cramped, but you have a waiting service, beverages, restrooms and you can get up and walk around whenever you like. Not to mention how incredible it is that you're literally flying across the globe :D
