I'm walking 10 to 15K steps a day plus 40 to 50 min maximum bicecycle every day. I'm 34 and 72 KG and I ordered a floor boxing bag to start boxing too for work out only at home. I don't intend on fighting. Hope I'll have some fun and it's a good training.
i use it everyday for 20 minutes and jump rope for 20 and run 2 miles everyday lemme tell u and stay under 1k-1.2k calories a day will change you dramatically but as time goes on 30 minutes then 3.5 miles or sprints
That is too low cals! an average person needs 2k aprox, unless your are 5'1 and 110 pounds, but if you don't you can get a very severe malnutrition which means no muscle, weak bones, anemia and other diseases.

Also it’s important you use hand wraps! Extremely important. Even if you’re not punching it for long. I suffer from a bad wrist to this day due to not wrapping up all the time when I was in my teens. I’m 27 now. Also if you find yourself getting tired punching the bag imagine all your pain and frustrations are inside that bag and get really angry at it, it helps to keep you going! Sorry I’ll shut up now haha

Hello, I know that this is comment is from 5 months ago. But kinda yes, this will not burn alot belly fat but yes it still would. Bodybuilders and lean guys go on a extreme calorie deficit diet just to get shredded and decrease body fat they need to. Therefore, yes this would burn belly fays but gping through a calorie deficit diet will get you through it alot faster.

You need more calories unless your short and light to maintain energy throughout the day, careful what u put out there everyone is different

How do I balance this on a weekly basis if I’m also lifting weights? Like do I have to replace one of my upper body days with this?

We exhale when punching, we are controlling our breathing
Breathing pattern, you should exhale through your mouth while you punch, that's how you control your breathing 💪
