I used the top loops on the backpack and connected them through the top of the predator pack and then tied the ends of the bottom of the predator pack to the bottom of the backpack shoulder straps
I've been running the HYS strap as well. I am interested in you DIY daisy chain. What size amsteel did you use what is the little loop spacing dimensions or sizes?
It’s 3/16 Amsteel. I just spaced out the loops where I’d want them on the tree. One in front and one to the side for my bow. But that would all the customizable. I’ll make another one here sometime and make a video on it.
The gaiters are a great idea for all the burrs and pickers !

Agree! Its just too bulky, does not compacts very good and is way to big.
