Wanted to share my slightly upgraded version of the sensor panel. I went a 10.1 for a build I completed yesterday, it is my first at the sensor panel and a first for a complete water loop system. I can say without doubt that the youtubers make it look easy. At any rate it turned out great. Thank you for the video as it was a tremendous help in getting my build done.
I tried to buy a key from this seller only to get scammed. The code they sent me did not work. When I reached out to the seller for support they demanded information that would compromise my security, when I refused to send such information the seller refused to assist me and now I have to wait for paypal to get me my money back (3 weeks) AVOID THIS SITE
can you explain what you mean please!? i built my 1st cpu in the last year wityh my kid so this is all new to me .. we already run a two monitor setup and i was looking at adding this in the case ... are you saying that if i turn off the taskbars for multiple monitors i will not have it on one of my big monitors??
Thank you Brian. I appreciate you taking time to help us understand the process better. I got my panel for Christmas and looking forward to setting mine up.

One major glaring issue no one seems to be addressing, if you are playing games, say a game with edge-scrolling, and you go to right edge of screen, your mouse pointer leaves your main game screen, and moves into the sensor panel, Im also having this issue with all other games like shooters... I ended ip removing my sensor panel because wherever Ive brought up this issue... no on has responded ! So As far as I can tell, these panels have a huge caveat
Great Video! Thank you for taking the time to make this tutorial. One thing I learned is I can mount the screen upside-down. I have been searching the web for one screen that had the wires coming out where I need them. Thanks to you I can just mount it upside down now! Awesome! Thank you!
i guess im randomly asking but does any of you know of a tool to log back into an Instagram account? I somehow lost the login password. I would love any tips you can give me.
@@af01waco I didn't even know that. So that, as well as not wanting to lose my mouse cursor on a secondary display pretty much make AIDA64 a non-starter. Thanks!
@@RetroBerner im in the same boat, whats the mod bros panel like? im leaning this way aswel, dont want to lose my mouse in another screen and dont want cables comming out and back in. also the price of this software
@@daftmoul It's ok, a bit basic but there are a few themes you can try out if you don't wanna get into hacking something together yourself, and free is hard to beat.
Same case, good to know this is a 2 second mod. You have saved me a ton of time with getting the right screen. Had looked at this as an idea but never committed. Might actually give this a go now. Gonna have to work out a new exhaust fan area though.
This is the kind of content that I think we all can get behind. Custom PCs are awesome and learning how to customize them even more is a really sick idea and lots of this information is super useful.
Great, detailed video, thank you. It could be a bit shorter, but I understand that you wanted to provide detailed guidance. It really looks cool in a transparent/window case. I use, since many years, a Rainmeter programme which allows exactly the same futures on your screen and no need for any hardware. However, I can understand that having a separate device in the case gives the overview on parameters anytime without minimising any window, moving away or leaving a gap on screen to see the actual parameters. Again, great idea, thanks.
If you have a cpu with built in graphics as well as a graphic card, you can enable the MB HDMI output for a secondary monitor. You could then get the (horizontal) MB HDMI socket resoldered with a Verticle HDMI socket. Saves cables needing to go outside of case, and taking up a graphic card socket.
Loving the humor at the intro! Please do more bits cause they're really fun to watch

Can anyone tell me why every template I download on my PC is out of sync, larger than the resolution it was created in and with all the settings out of place, how can I fix this?
ur intro about gpus cpus cooling etc being to expensive was to accurate and funny and also couple year old pcs still aint ot bad and hey we can still make it look cool ..... hell yes we can and a sensor panel is a great way ... hence u got my sub good shit my man...
Took a look at your screen suggestions from the description and ran a few calculations in a spreadsheet, then compared the results to some measurements of my many-years-old case. You could fit the largest one into 4 drive bays vertically, and the middle one into two horizontally.
@CR055F1RE jeez looks like you going way overboard on a simple funny joke comment that few get it. why would I explain it to you it's not my job to explain bits to tid bits for you to digest work that rusty common sense you have will yah?
Looks great, but everyhting I'm seeing about Aida64 says it's an annual subscription software, which makes this quite a bit more expensive. Unless I'm missing something?
You put a lot of work into this presentation and for that, I thank you sir. :) If you can photoedit the images provided by aida64 and save them under a different name in the same folder, you can get gauges with your own image as the gauge. That would be a nice area to explore.
Im 27 and i want one of these. Definitely not to "impress friends" lol. Its good to know whats going on with ur pc just in case aio pump fails/thermal throttles
Great video, very informative and thank you for sharing. I've used this setup but I wanted an independent screen (my mouse pointer found its way to the little screen every now and then) so I've tried the ModBros setup. Might go back to this though. Using a 5" screen in the psu cutout of my Evolve x.
That was what I was wondering. Is there any way to tell windows to lock the use of a screen otherwise I figure my mouse would wander over there every now and then which would be a big pain. I am thinking of just making a raspberry pi operate the stats instead.
I gutted my old ASUS 1005HA 3 years ago and just had it attached externally, wrote the readout in Rainmeter. Now it looks like I need to re-do it in Aida64, because I can't query FPS, I'm pulling the info from hardwareinfo. Thanks for the in-depth guide!
You just gave me a reason to go Crossfire now cuz I've got 4 monitors already . Can't believe I have pay 3x more for an used RX 590 now lesson learned always buy 2 at first place.
I made one Of these a while back - only downside is if your main monitor goes to sleep it dumps everything onto your sensor panel screen.... then when main screen wakes up everything is sized to the resolution of the panel....
my buddy has a case that you can see threw, but when its on, it has a image the whole time, and a small screen at bottom like this, his is really cool i think its a ibuypower or something case he used
I made mine a to sit on my desk top as my PC is a full tower and on the ground under my desk. I made a frame for the 7" lcd out of black Plexiglass with standoff's for the lcd mounting tabs to screw too.
oh ok I have been doing this and using the ipad as my 2 screen with a free App, similar concept but this looks like a more professional option, the advantage of the ipad is that i can use the touch screen on windows and can unplug when i don't need it, i wonder it this is how the Lamptron HC060 works too, thanks for sharing
Thanks for the video! I also got LianLi Dynamic XL, can you please share link of all cables you have used apart from the one they provided with 7" screen? Thanks
Those panels are cool but they are more for show then actual use, ultimately you want something with its own standalone compute like an Aquacomputer Aquaro for gathering the actual useful data...
So.... As you can remove the backing from some LCD/LED screens to make them "transparent". Might be nice to make a mod with a whole side-panel converted from a LCD/LED screen, hooked up to Aida64 or VLC playing looped videos... seen a few people do it and it looks nice!
Very cool video. If I were to use this panel in a different situation (building a detailed diorama with video elements) what would I need to power this?
Be careful when buying the really inexpensive rPi displays. The cheap ones often don't have an EDID chips so they can't talk to your PC and you won't get a usable image. These cheap screens can still be used on the rPi by irreversibly overriding display settings with a special driver.
This isn't something i would do but i think you did very good tutorial that even my self ( not that i am so good at stuff like this ) would be able to do it ! :-)
