      I don't know exactly what it is in English. But mooli parantha is the bomb. Oh. And my Gran always adds heinz baked beans to the burjhi, it gives it a nice sweet accent, and helps compliment the spice of the green chilli. Try mango pickle. That's really good too. I get down on your videos mate, brings me back to my childhood in England.

    Interesting. I used to be in New Delhi when this guy started on his cycle outside Vikram hotel near the Moolchand hospital that why he stuck to the brand equity of Moolchand parathas. His clients were bachelors & drunkards. The prosperity of his clients improved because he used to be open late nights. He has come a long way because his parathas were always fresh & hot snow they were hot sellers. Thanks guys for bringing memories back with just a name. Nathan Sekhar Sydney Australia.

    Great that you speak the local language . Many channels for example Thailand can not speak a word of Thai. Their advice is often wrong and sometimes dangerous. My advice unless the host speaks the local language give them a pass. PS. Take the Lonely Planet and toss it in the trash.

    • @jamesspignesi1
      @jamesspignesi1 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@SourceFlow The reality is the majority of expats in Thailand get involved with hookers in the foreign area slums in the bars. That take them to the cleaners because the expats are to lazy to learn the language and have the bar girl do all their translating for them in the meanwhile cleaning out their bank accounts. They live in a bubble totally separate from the Thais. Unwilling to to learn the customs, eat the food and spend the majority of their time either at home or with other foreigners. Most are alcoholics and are miserable. Learning Thai is not that difficult and as i tell all travelers make a small effort to at least learn the basics of a language when they travel. The locals scammers will tend to avoid you. Great channel and it shows you care by making a effort to learn at least the basics of the language.

      @@SourceFlow I believe he knows that why he knows that Ginger and Cardmom are used. Also some other Masalas for Tea Masala are Clove, Cinnamon, Tulsi leaves, Nutmeg, Black Pepper.
      Ginger, Tulsi, Clove, Black pepper are generally used during Winter, these are healthy specially in case of cough and cold.
      While Cardmom etc are used for flavor, aroma.
      These two are Probably different zones ! if someone mixes these it may not give full value for money (I am from middle class ! )
