This song means more to me than any other song I know. My soulmate went to Heaven 18 months ago today and this was our song. I haven't listened to it until just now. And this was the version we listened to from our "live" album. This meant a lot to me to find this. Thank you so much for posting it.

That got me remembering another episode I loved from the show. I cried when Matthew Perry died in a car accident, Mike Seavers had to break the news to Carol Seavers. Cried buckets there... huhuhu... Great show, Growing Pains, wonderful song, Swept Away.
I went to his concert at RAMA. Really good and jazzy feel to the night. His music is so deep and before each song he talked of how he came to writing it, singing it and so on.
I remember when his songs were on the radio. He had not done any live concerts...people thought he was made up. Then we learned that Mr. Cross was actually very shy...and worried that he would n't be taken seriously because he didn't look like the typical "rocker" of the day. Lesson: Don't worry about what other people think...just be your best self. :o)
Have always appreciated and loved his music and depth but I was Overwhelmed by the Power he exudes when Live...it's something incredible to feel, it's Amazing....

Superb Song...If I recall, from the "Walking In Avalon" CD, what a treasure. I love several selections from it, this one being one of them, the others, the title track (what a mischevious, delightful song) and "Rainy Day In Vancouver."
