2:10 title screen 3:25 light spirit 4:20 midna's theme 5:19 hyrule field 7:05 excerpt from main theme (then hyrule field continues at 7:20) 7:40 the sages' theme 8:51 final battle with ganondorf 9:26 ganondorf's theme (but it doesn't really play until 9:52) 10:12 theme 10:50 zelda's lullaby 11:55 excerpt from main theme (I followed along with the sheet music and titled the sections as they were written there)
I almost cried when I heard this performed in my hometown of Grad Rapids... It was truly an experience to see this show live, and not one I'll soon forget.
Ganondorf arises, cackling. "An impressive-looking blade..." He jeers, "But nothing more." Ganondorf swiftly unsheathes his blade, now much more serious. "Would you hear my desire?" He asks Link, "To take this foul blade... and use it to blot out the light forever!" He moves toward Link, both with swords drawn. A magical barrier appears, staggering Epona, who was carrying Zelda. The tension builds, and Link lifts up his sword and shield, ready for the final showdown between Light and Shadow. Ganondorf takes his stance, and the music starts. They both run towards each other and chance their swords in the middle. Link breaks the chance and Ganondorf staggers. They both engage in a brutal sword fight; ending in a final chance, when Link knocks Ganondorf back, who then falls to the ground. Link runs toward Ganondorf, ready to deliver that final blow, when he misses because THAT STUPID FRICKIN KETTLE DRUMMER SCREWED UP THE ENTIRE F*CKING SONG WITH HIS INCOMPETENT PLAYING!!!! Ganondorf gets back up and impales Link, and the land of Hyrule was made to suffer Ganondorf's wrath for centuries to come because of that damn drummer... THE END...
Saw this concert in Houston a few days ago. Didn't sound as good as the Distant Worlds concert...but maybe it's due to where I sat. This piece was performed after the intermission if I remember correctly. The best piece in my opinion was the Gerudo theme, the first piece performed of the night.

IAmThe GameBoy I think you misunderstood my comment... At 8:52, a drummer made HORRENDOUS rhythm errors that were unbelievably off. My original comment was mocking the drummer; posing as him as if that's what he's thinking: "Zelda is just some shitty kiddy game." He probably never played any of the games or heard the original song. Otherwise, he probably wouldn't have made that mistake. But anyway, I was a Zelda hater about 10 years ago, but ever since I played Twilight Princess when it released, I loved the games and continued to support the Zelda series ever since then. Don't worry, I'm really a Zelda fan :)
I can die happy now
This is so beautiful...
Hahah omg! :D Cool finding you here!

I also cried! I was 11 years old and in awe at that concert
I wish I could've come to this. I'm only up to the title theme and I already have fallen into a flashback. This is my favorite Zelda game easily.
HOLY CRAP THE HYRULE FIELD THEME HAS OFFICIALLY KNOCKED MY SOCKS OFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!
