Whew! This is new to me! Channeling some Percy Sledge, Sam, and Otis right there!!! So happy to hear this sound and soul in this generation of artists! Yaaaassss!!!!
Your reaction is quite similar to mine when the Teskey Brothers opened with Rain at their concert last Sunday here in Vienna ❤ Mesmerizing, amazing - Sam Teskey singing right to my soul ❤️ Btw I‘m channeling Sam Dees as well🙌❤️🙌
I have been following the Tesky brothers for a year or so and This was the 1st song I heard of them and you're reaction is the same as mine I have them at the top of my list even over Chris Stapleton. What really surprises me is I shared this with 5 or 6 friends and nobody really acts like I do I don't know why they are not hearing what I'm hearing and obviously you are. They only have like 250050 1000 followers which is insane that should be 2 or 3 million
The Teskey Brothers are in a league of their own , My Favorite Group of all time , This Song always makes me cry , Because I can hear the Pain in his Voice , I can't stand to see or hear anyone in that kind of pain , I've been there .
He’s bad ass just like Janis Joplin. Let’s pray for him and his brothers that they stay alive and flourish!!! If you ask me he sounds like Odis Redding Sam Cooke ! Beautiful!I love the blues! Thank you so dry much for the gift you very much given the world!!!
I couldn’t spoil it for you lol Glad you enjoyed it. The band is made up 2 brothers and two friends from Australia. Definitely check out Pain and Misery and Hold on(the live version). I know Otis and Sam would be proud.
I confess the first I knew of the Teskey Brothers was when Chris Hemsworth told all us Aussies to get behind them. Sometimes an amazing Aussie band slips by me. Thanks Chris. One of my favourites of theirs has to be The Teskey Brothers- Hold Me (Live at the Forum) He plays the audience like another instrument.
Wow! I never heard of the Teskey Brothers OR this song. But, DANG! This guy is killing me with his blues. And you can see where his left hand is --that's where his vocals start from -- coming all the way up from his solar plexus! What a great performance! It really moved me!
Darlene .. I would like to welcome you to "Blye eyed soul" ... you ate digging in to one hell of a rabbit hole.. across all genres you will find these gems....
Wow, wow, & triple wow! I've never heard of him! I'd label him Blues, even old-school Blues. I love the Blues. curious why his "group" is called Teskey Brothers. How many others are there normally? Edit: Their write-up says they are a "Australian born Blues Rock Band". It's two brothers & their band.
New to me too. Oh damn! Those Australians have some hidden gems. ala Barry Gibb, Keith Urban, etc. I am getting Percy from this guy for real. Female Country suggestions: "Those Memories of You" Song by Dolly Parton, Emmylou Harris & Linda Ronstadt or "Stay" by Jennifer Nettles aka Sugarland.
OH MY GAWD!!! This is my first time hearing him and I'm sooo HOOKED right now!! Dang...gave me some serious CHILLBUMPS!! BTW y'alls voice isn't to shabby. Thanks and stay blessed!!
If you are all Liking the Teskey Brothers, they did a concert at St Stevens in Sweden and it is one of THE BEST concerts live I have ever seen. It’s on TH-cam so check it out......
He is a fabulous singer and the group are great. Try this one if you can please I would love to hear your reaction ...... The Teskey Brothers - Hold Me (Live At The Forum)
The Tesky Brothers, this one, and the invisible quiet one, are new to me. I was as surprised as you were. That's some Orange Julius level stuff right there.
Been a huge fan of these guys since i first heard em in concert. Pain and misery, forever you and me, their cover song never tear us apart is my current fave of theirs. My number one favorite band at the moment! Yoouu gotta listen to more!
I'm damned near 70. This is so throwback and so fresh. What a welcome change to HONOR the smooth old sounds. I grew up in the early 70's so love rock and roll. But these Bros honor the smooth older sounds.
A crying shame...Teskey Brothers...the full group is live...like so intimate and raw...check it out...love this video...when you got up...I knew I was gonna wanna keep your videos in my rotation after that lol
Isn’t that just the tastiest thing you’ve ever heard!? This song ripped me out of my frozen grief and got me feeling things again. I love all of their music watching you react was a blast.
I can see from the comments it looks like I re-watch this every year since I originally saw it😂😂😂 honestly it's one of my favorite reactions of yours your faces are incredible❤❤ blessings from Canada and happy 2025 to you and yours😊
My Hispanic Wife asked my White ass as to why am I always laughing my ass off when I watch your videos. I tried to explain that your facial expressions when certain notes are hit, or when you say hell no and get out of your chair soulful critiquing keeps me rolling on the floor. Brother...I have watched a many Reaction videos and you are truly the best. I would call it...Black Soul Reaction.
Teskey Brothers are 🔥! Check out Hold Me (live), Pain and Misery and Carry You. The band is 2 brothers and 2 friends. Loved your reaction to this video!
Ok, can't stop watching you, I just subscribed.....keep it going my brother in Christ!!! Their are so many you need to do.....I will make a list of only the very best for you to choose from😊
What? I heard some Ray Charles! What? He looks like Thor & sings like that? This was my 1st time, too! Loved your reaction. Im speechless. Much love & peace ❤✌🏼 Keep them coming!
🧡well hotdam I've never heard him or of this band but by gosh I'm fixing to lol. Man at heart I love rock. Grew up in Tenn 🧡 so I've heard plenty of country & love me plenty of rap artist but duuude there ain't nothin when it comes to soul & blues kinda 🎵 music. Chris Stapleton sends chills but dang this guy's a close 2nd. I'm like you sometimes a voice comes outta someone & it doesn't seem real. So I have no recommend on these guys cause I've also just heard them for a first time but won't be in the dark long my friend Thank you man 🧡🔥🔥🔥🔥💯🤘😎 man I'm so jelly. I wish I could do this but I couldnt carry a tune in a paper bag as us southeners used to say but I'm gonna sing anyway at least in the shower no matter what ears I may damage I'll just have to put a caution sign on the door knob LMAO lol 😆🤣
Two nights ago in Manchester UK I was elevated into music heaven by this incredible band lead by a singer whose voice enters your bones. So many great songs. The audience were all in raptures. They sang the closing song all the way out of the theatre and whilst walking back into the city centre.
After you've checked out Dolly Parton's Jolene, watch her sing it with the acapella group Pentatonix. It won them a grammy. You can't go wrong with Pentatonix for branching out into acapella music!
Shock and Awe….. some of these singers leave you shell shook right? Love when you get to discover a piece of music and artist paired that just blows our minds Love this reaction…. Try Teddy Swims he can be grouped with Chris Stapleton and Teskey brothers too they are all aliens….
If you've not ever heard it, you should listen to Elvis Presley's An American Trilogy. His voice is exceptionally strong in that one and you'll love it.
Three suggestions for the female side of country: Jo Dee Messina - My Give A Damn’s Busted, and Bring On The Rain. Martina McBride - Independence Day, and God’s Will. And for some classic there’s Dolly Parton - Nine To Five, and Jolene.
Check out Jacob Banks “say something” live acoustic it’s in a cathedral his voice is so deep and powerful. The Tesky brothers are from Australia so much talent down under
I got a few for you to add to your country list. Tracy Byrd - "Watermelon Crawl" or "Ten Rounds with Jose Cuervo" Reba McEntire - "I'm a Survivor" or "The Night the Lights Went Out in Georgia" Martina McBride - "Concrete Angel" or "Independence Day" Tim McGraw - "Don't Take the Girl" or "Live Like You Were Dieing" Alan Jackson - "Where Where You When the World Stopped Turning" or "Remember When" Jason Michael Carroll - "Alyssa Lies" or "I Can Sleep When I'm Dead"
@@ABtheKreator I would really like to see your reaction to the Bar J Wranglers, but they don't have much content on TH-cam. The Moron Brothers are funny though. Both of these groups aren't considered country music, but I can't figure out what catagory to place them in. They are kind of a mix of blue grass, country, campfire, and cowboy poetry.

Your reaction is quite similar to mine when the Teskey Brothers opened with Rain at their concert last Sunday here in Vienna ❤
Mesmerizing, amazing - Sam Teskey singing right to my soul ❤️
Btw I‘m channeling Sam Dees as well🙌❤️🙌
Otis Redding, Joe Cocker and Sam Cooke born again into one single Australian man.
No Southern fried chicken in his Australian lungs, only Vegemite lol. He’s brilliant and his brother and band too. He was born in Melbourne Australia.
"He got seasoning" dang near killed me
😅👌🏽
Otis Redding re-incarnated in a white guy. Black or white still sounds good.
I closed my eyes and heard Otis Redding for a moment ❤
Facts!!!!!
That raspy will do it every time❤🌹💯
God said we have been without Otis for too long and proceeded to bless this earth with this voice. Colorful reaction, TY.
