As someone who is currently on the fence with drinking abuse for reasons, Steve O is like a a 2nd wind in ways, beforehand as a teen i grew up with old Steve O( and loved every CKY/Jackass media) but then seeing him have his addiction and beating it.... I used to despise steveo but now that I’m an adult and also a recovering addict I love him, it’s like if he can pull his shit together then so can I and it’s been an ongoing battle for the last ten years of my life. “ the underlying discomfort in your own skin” is probably one of the best ways I’ve ever heard someone be able to describe where falling into addiction for all of us is the desire to be numb bc all we felt until that point was pain and unhappiness.

@@cameronleventis7 I was an “average Jane Doe” with not a thing to my name 6 years ago, here I am 6 years sober this coming January. Whether you have money or you don’t, you won’t get sober with that kind of attitude. Anybody willing to put in the work, is capable of beating addiction.
@@KaylaNicole01 danggg you are pretty!
This was such a good interview on Adams part, sometimes I feel like when he interviews rappers he has to have questions ready to ask them and with Steve O he’s just genuinely having a good conversation asking interesting questions about Steve o, which at the same time we wanna hear about
Love to see it! No Jumper is taking over. Another dope interview. 🔥🙌🔥
I clicked on this immediately because I knew Steve-O would bring a great interview out of you. And also because Steve-O is a legit legend.
I love that Steveo is so grounded with his recovery he won't make it his professional life because it speaks volumes that he speaks on it from his heart he's in recovery for himself and chooses to bless us with his words and experiences I'm grateful for him he helps me with my recovery.
Amen! 6 months sober myself, keep up the hard work ☺️
16:00 Stevo describing the reality of the disease of addiction even when the drugs are gone. Man he nails it
the dude doesnt have to work a day in his life and has enough money to afford the best drug abuse support, which he did so twelve times, if you think you are anything like steveo just cuz he got sober you are dead wrong, you will have to try WAY HARDER
@@cameronleventis7 you are so clueless
@@cameronleventis7 Steve o nothing different than anyone else. You have the most fucked mindset. No one is any different Han anyone else
@@cameronleventis7 He could also get whatever he wants wherever he wants however he wants which is a challenge also I'd think. People would give him stuff for free.
One of the best yet ! Steve-o really came along way and is very intelligent. Great episode
I’m really impressed how well Steve o can keep great conversation after all the years of abuse. Most people would forget the question and go off in 5000 different directions lol
It amazes me about myself ive had twenty years drug abuse, thsnk god behind me now also a stroke abd brain bleed. Having add or ADHD as we call it im never lost for something to say.
I'm a daily user of many different substances (heroin, oxy, benzos, adderall, etc.) and an electrician and my brain functions well. That's not exactly how it works, the drugs themselves dont do that much harm, it's more the lack of sleep and bad habits you aquire by doing drugs. I think the harm of drugs themselves is vastly overstated.
Steve-o is a legend! Idgaf about what anyone says!
nah steve-o the goat man
we all know this brotha the ones that don't agree are haters 👊🏻🔥🔥
You sir, are absolutely right.
Everyone agrees tho so don’t say that
As someone who is currently on the fence with drinking abuse for reasons, Steve O is like a a 2nd wind in ways, beforehand as a teen i grew up with old Steve O( and loved every CKY/Jackass media) but then seeing him have his addiction and beating it.... I didn't understand till now having my own... Steve O being 1 of the few celebrities to speak out and give us his personal wisdom of it/ recovering, and telling his own personal experiences fr helped me out to this day. So for that ty Steve O.
I like Steve-O as an interviewer, I LOVE Steve-O as a person being interviewer. Dude would even admit he loves talking about himself. Great story teller
All I have to say is if steveo can do it then we can do it props on the growth my man! And hey Adam 22 keep coming with the bangers
Steveo has a whole team of dead presidents behind him to help him quit. What a stupid comment!!!
the dude doesnt have to work a day in his life and has enough money to afford the best drug abuse support, which he did so twelve times, if you think you are anything like steveo just cuz he got sober you are dead wrong, you will have to try WAY HARDER
@@cameronleventis7 exactly!!!!
6 minutes in and I can I tell Adam is nervous. I feel you my dude childhood hero.
Met him at hospital before my exam like 10 years ago? Such a down to earth, cool guy.
a whole box of whippits for a 2 minute verse, that takes 20 minutes to record 😅😂. that had me dying laughing
I like how Adam doesn’t bring any second hosts for the big check interviews.
My boy Steve O out here with the floor grippers out
This was a superb interview. Steve O is such a great dude, especially when you consider all that he's been through and come through the other side alive and well is nothing short of inspirational
the dude doesnt have to work a day in his life and has enough money to afford the best drug abuse support, which he did so twelve times, if you think you are anything like steveo just cuz he got sober you are dead wrong, you will have to try WAY HARDER
He's alive but not well. He has numerous health issues due to his stunts...but, at least he's alive and able to walk
adam always getting these legendary interviews💯🔥
I have so much respect and admiration for SteveO. Been battling addiction my whole life.. he really gives me so much hope..
legendary shit, Adam amazing to see you grow and the whole no jumper crew 🦾
I'm a day 1 fan of both of you but hearing you talk regarding materialism towards the end made me respect you both even more. You're both as real as it gets and that's fucking refreshing these days. Big ups to you guys from NZ
Stevo is a legit badass. If you go all the way back to when he was still a kid he has always been WILD AF. He has done and been through so much and was in the depths of hell with his addiction and some how got clean and look at him now!!! I fu@king love Stevo! And he doesn't hold back he is as real as it gets, he tells it like it is and how it was. So many can learn from him.
Ty for this one Adam it's amazing, I'm a Recovering addict 3yrs no hard drugs and five months no alcohol, only suboxone and pot , deff saved my life I just lost few homies from these feddy wap blues or percs ....sad shit ty again
Suboxone is most definitely a hard drug my brother. You’re still physically dependent on a synthetic opioid. You just get it from a pharmacy now and it’s paid for by your insurance so you don’t notice a lot of the problems that come with other drugs
I don't need someone to tell me how to do MY RECOVERY! I'm not on a hard drug I buy on a street. I get a prescription just like any other prescription I get, thank u guys but I know myself, I lost my dad to a overdose from heroin and Klonopin in 2009 and bout fifteen family or friends in past seven years and my cuzzin just ate a hand full of these fake 30s and died a month ago, I know what MY recovery looks like, and don't need someone who doesn't know me to tell me what a hard drug is!! You probably never been sicc before from drug use I'm guessing? Addiction and mental health is not a joke bro! instead of judging or labeling me or bout my prescription being a "hard drug" take that energy and do something good for someone. Maybe checc your own ppl nd ask how they're doing, how many ppl ask how they friends or family how are they doing mental health wise ?......u guys want raw lyrics peep my channel , new song Government my drug dealer...thanks for somewhat positive reply 🤣 guess I can't even comment saying this is amazing episode thanks for good sobriety stories. ppl think they can tell me what recovery looks like, funny ones a junkie always a junkie period...... ONE DAY AT A TIME
Jumping off too fast is how I lost a lot of ppl thanks for input tho
For what it’s worth maybe, I think you’re doing great. A script is way better than stuff off the street. I have such respect for people who can get off physically and mentally addictive substances. Way to go. All the best and keep it up.
Get off the subs dude. Another 5 months and the withdrawels will be 10 times harder than the ron or fent.
Love the direction into more broader territory with the new guest interviews been epic
Killer interview!!! Adam been killing it with the Game and now Steve-O
Crazy how in making a shit load mistakes you can extrapolate a shit load of lessons if you try really really hard. Steve-O is a legend forsure and we are blessed to have him.
Met Steve-O twice. Seen him perform 3 times, recently in Cedar Rapids, IA. It’s crazy seeing how much he’s progressed as a person, comedian and businessman.
Dudes humble asl in person as well 🎯
Happy for u dude 💯🤟🏼
No Jumper has had the most iconic interviews as of late
Rx Adam22
“ If you try to push sobriety on to somebody you’ll end up having the exact Opposite effect”
I love this quote by Steve-O, it is very very true. I just haven’t ever heard anybody put it in such simple way, or maybe I’ve never really dwelled on it that way. But as an attic myself I can assure you the man speaks from experience
I remember seeing that documentary of Steve-o's rock bottom and I always thought like that guy is a lost cause. He'll never comeback from that. Completely proved wrong and glad to see his success.
Adam has transformed into an amazing interviewer over the last few years . It’s pretty cool to see the progress he’s made over the years .
Nojumper is the new Mtv!! 🏀🔥🔥
It's amazing that Steve O is alive (so glad he is). He is EXTREMELY tenacious and he put that tenacity towards drugs. Thank god he now has this story to share which is so inspirational. Side note: I've totally experienced what he means by a "spiritual experience" and feeling like the veil between reality and the ethereal is gone. It does keep you going back, unfortunately.
It’s amazing the way him and Novak turned their lives around. Great work Steve-o

Man I cant say enough about this interview. I could listen to this one for another hour. Such a great interview. Stevo is a rare gem for sure.
A couple years back I was sad thinking SteveO wasn’t gonna be around much longer he was so wild.
supreme patties inspiration if you ask me
Couple of years back? He's been sober like 13 years
@@kylebible It hasn’t been that long, time does go by fast I could be wrong, either way I’m talking about when he wasn’t sober, whenever that was is my point.
It's cool that No Jumper has always been about underground and fringe things, but these podcasts with more well known public figures are killer.
29 years old. 3 days from now will mark 18 months of clean time. Been having issues with antidepressants. Super happy to be here but struggling in a big way. Really needed this. I love what he said about addiction being a constant discomfort in your own skin..
Steve-O is an awesome soul and so down to earth. Hope he keeps it rolling
Woohoo thanks again Adam for using my beat on the flagrant outro & thanks for bringing what we need not want!
Damn Adam you've stepped your game up! 🔥
The demon that was "tormenting" Steve-o with visuals of flames on the chair, and the curtains opening & closing is like "Damn, I can't scare this dude. Steve-o just keeps laughing and having fun. Im going back to hell."
lmao 🤣 "ah shit, I think he likes it man....this Steve dude won't break!!!"
Both of my favorite podcast host’s in the same room, Legendary.
First No Jumper worth watching in a long long time.
Damn Adam this is a legendary interview!
I love SteveO belyond words could ever describe as I grew up with this dude being a kid of the Jackass era. I loved his wild early days but seeing him now literally like a mirror image of the man he once was but the reflection is such a wonderful one, he's a truly inspiring man. It's awesome to see his energy! It's epic!
Love this collaboration.
Been waiting on this to happen for many years. Steve-O is an inspiration and helped me get clean 4 years ago
Glad to see my boy got clean and has stayed clean 💯
I just watched Adam on Wild Ride and came straight to this- great convos! Keep up the good work guys!
When he talked about not being comfortable in your own skin that really hit home....
6 months 12 days 19hours sober here. Awesome video you guys !! Thank you
on the part where stevos talking about the "purple haired chick" i really love the point he made on what is essentially "you cant fight negativity with negativity" or "you cant fight racism with racism"
Steve-o has been my top celebrity crush since 2000!! He still looks good👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽! Great interview!
The evolution of Steve O has been a privilege to witness.
Finally a guest worth my time to 👂
Been getting me through the mornings for years but this was such a casual convo between two legends. I could watch 3 more hours of this shit! Thank you
Hope over to SteveO’s Wildride and watch the episode with Adam22.
Your wish has been granted. 🙏
This is the best interview you’ve ever had
Loving these two together.
Best No Jumper interview ever and I have been a fan since day 1.
I guess I’m prolly partial being an addict that relapsed after 5 years of sobriety - getting sober again.
But…
Even if I weren’t, this was a classic interview and Adam is the perfect dude to do this interview
He’s speaks the honest truth I respect that so much 👏🏼
All of his pain was covering up how much of a beautiful soul he is. Happy to see the real dude, no venir. Congratulations to anybody who has made it to see the other side, and RIP to those of us who didn't.
He’s just the best. Simply the best.
Saw his documentary back in high school and actually celebrating 6 years sober this December 🥳
I See Steve-O, I Click. Simple! 💯
Met Steve-O At one of his shows a couple years back. Such a great dude and a solid example of the 12-step program. Salute Steve-O

This is absolutely fire 🔥 like AF. Been watching nojumper and Adam good few years now. And it just keeps growing and getting better. This interview here too just like 2 best friends talking about their life story basically. Madd casual. Both Madd comfortable. This is dope. Real dope. Keep climbing Adam you taking over

as a fellow recovering addict, I felt this. rock bottom before I needed to change, coke paranoia hallucinations and much much worse... took years before I could like myself again

@@cameronleventis7 why are you so bitter?
@@SP-vo7ty people dont realize homeless people or without health insurance will never have access to the type of care stevo did. its not hard to overcome something when you can afford to throw millions at it with a state of the art support team
@@cameronleventis7 yea see I try and focus on people's similarities rather than differences. the support surrounding the addict matters, but not nearly as much as the work they are willing to do on themselves. in this struggle, we are equal. addicts come in all shapes and sizes, all walks of life. I've been to state of the art facilities (Silver Hill/ Highwatch) and to the shitty state run DOC facilities with bedbugs and mice. (Billy Joel, Mariah Carey, Rita Hayworth, Jon Hamm, Judy Garland, and Truman Capote went to Silver Hill, and Bill W., founder of A.A. wrote part of the Big Book at Highwatch) You made so many assumptions about me/ him/ addicts in general always focusing on everything that is negative for what reason...I couldn't tell you...do you tho.
gotta respect steve-o for not wanting to sell spirituality or advice on addiction because it’s genuinely just the good thing to do spiritual in itself 👌🏾👌🏾👌🏾👌🏾
