Type: Residential / can be changed to Rental
Cost: §37,520 + Lot cost
This is a 1 bedroom 1 bath micro trailer (32 tiles) built on Slip 42 in Strangerville. Use the up arrow or page up key to see the trailer from the exterior as it is built on the second floor.
It is no longer necessary to use the move objects cheat when placing lots built with the cheat on, however, I still recommend placing lots from the lot and not the world map. It is also better to place the lot on the lot it was built on, placing on another lot can change terrain paint and cause objects to disappear. If objects still disappear, enable move objects
Please check the packs used. Not having all the packs will result in missing and/or substituted objects.

First of all, how did you know that I was planning to make my next heir live in a trailer and I was looking for a perfect one? :D Secondly, the build is so cute and lovely! I loved all the details you added to transform an ordinary rectangular into a trailer! And thirdly, the storyline!!! This is incredible! I thought it would be pretty hard to top the story of Judith Ward living in an elderly home for me but this one was so creative and funny - just wow! Thank you

The male sim (the mechanic) was made by me and is available on my gallery: schnuck01. You can also see him in this video: th-cam.com/video/ByvdcPPVaZY/w-d-xo.html The main character was made by KittySnowball and you can search by EA ID to find their page/sims. You can search the gallery by hashtag #bank or name bank and you'll find plenty. The bank I used in this video is credited in the description =)
