Suppose এই মাসের ভিতরে registration করলাম কিন্তু unfortunately পরে যদি তারিখ পরিবর্তন করতে হয় তখন কি আর টাকা দেওয়ার প্রয়োজন হবে?

You can register for a standard exam not for UKVI.

UKVI and standard are the exam system of IELTS. However, IDP and BC are the two organisations who conduct the exam. Last but not the least, UKVI doesn’t have any extra facilities.
