There’s a lot of new comments dehumanising people who’ve become addicted to Valium which is easy to do when you see how Levi is living his life and how far removed his is from your own. I come from a well off, happy family, I’m doing a PhD in cancer research, I’ve incredibly supportive friends around me, I’ve been prescribed diazepam for anxiety that I take a couple times a week that I’d be completely agoraphobic without. I listed the above personal details because it’s worth saying I come from an incredibly privileged stress free upbringing with good future prospects and lots of reasons to be happy. Circumstances have still made me barely able to cope at times. If I was missing any of these privileges, fragmented family, limited prospects/criminal record, poor network of friends who were maybe addicts too, I can’t imagine how I’d deal other than wanting to numb these feelings the only way I knew how. It’s cruel for society to be fine with me and view someone like Levi as a failure. It’s our society that’s failed him and we should be ashamed.
@@maxbone2401 Valium is a miracle drug for anxiety it works near enough instantly,I have been through all the crap that works in 2 months time,,,,ssri ,maoi, dothiepin,fluoxetine ,seroxat etc etc they made me worse,it really is extremely effective for those who need it,those that dnt will usually be comatose slurring words etc,it’s easy to abuse though cos ur confidence is instant on it,but u have to check ur self with it ,
it's so hard to detox off that shit felt like my body was inflamed can't sleep throwing up freaking out it almost killed me several times mixed with methadone and heroin pills ect. I've been clean for two years now best thing I've ever done

I go to NA and AA and have a sponsor I go once a week and so far it's working and cannot describe how much suffering I went through years and years of prison and everything you can think of it took this to convince me and honestly for the first time in my life I'm happy and have a sense of peace. I've been through alcohol addiction which took me through hell. I was drinking 2 litres of vodka a day. This happened in my 40's after working all my life. I still don't know why it happened. Don't judge people. Help them instead

There are not many ways to fill your life with more anxiety than to get addicted to anti anxiety medication. I feel a deep gratitude I never got hooked, could’ve easily happened. if you make 1 particular friend, or meet with one particular psychiatrist, in one particular period of your life, it can wreck you. If you’re reading this and you are in it, there is life outside of it, reach out. Getting thru All the misery you are experiencing can be turned into a level of gratitude normal people cannot understand. It can be made a rare gift.
I nearly topped myself after briefly taking the blue tablets. They do have a sedative effect, but the depression I was left with afterwards was absolutely terrible. Never again.
Life can be extremely difficult for some ppl, but it becomes so much more difficult when you're addicted to drugs. The problems are still there when you sober up and it's so much harder to live your life when all your moneys spent and your health is bad. Take it from someone that's been there and is now clean for 2 years.

In 2017 I was living and working in San Francisco at a great job, unfortunately that income allowed me to always have more than enough drugs around. I was taking 100mg of methadone a day, an average of 12 Xanax bars, and smoking crack to balance myself out, not to mention working 8-12 hours a day. I don’t know how I lived through it. Getting off those benzos in particular was the hardest thing I went through, until I tried kicking methadone at the same time. I went in a coma for 5 days
@@MegaBspark - I had a similar experience, even with the food! Benzos always gave me the most intense munchies (Diazepam and Xanax in particular), like I’d eat everything in the pantry and a gallon of ice cream! One day I got my refill of 90 2mg Ativan (Lorazepam) … that doctor was insane he started me off on that dose! Anyways one day I got it filled and went to my friends house as he was barbecuing, him, his wife and myself took one pill each and got excited to eat, next thing I know I wake up two days later on a kid’s bed (nothing nefarious - his son was with his mom for the weekend and I was so fucked up they had me sleep on his bed). I couldn’t remember anything but when I looked in my pockets I found my pill bottle totally empty (somehow the three of us took all 90 pills), a little cash and a bunch of casino chips. Luckily my car was still there and I never got arrested!
I had a coke problem for years and alcohol and every pill i could get my hands on. Inlcuding oxycodon . Morfine,tramadol and codeine. Today i only use methadone and it saved my life or i would be dead allready years ago. I have a normal good job with good money. Nice appartment. Living in a friendly neighbourhood with actually older people like 60+ I like this peacefull life now after the years of hell , always dealing with withdrawal/ finding pills etc. Only thing i am working now is to get enough money for a car
If the Westminster government hadn't closed all the traditional industries of Scotland, then people there would've had something to look forward to, a career, a wage, pride in themselves and their community. This is what happens when you take everything away from communities.
They never closed down industries. Never signed a decree to shut down factories. People allowed themselves to be lured by the unions into getting greedy. They slacked off, were inefficient, and refused modernisation to prevent industries getting more efficient. Unlike in Germany where the unions accepted it. Industry was outcompeted. If you're talking about the ship yards, if they can't get enough work to justify themselves as work goes to cheaper countries, what do you expect? Perhaps this was always the intended destination, as Union leaders are as controlled as politicians, but people still allowed themselves to get greedy and unreasonable.
I have a muscular pain condition and I sometimes take half a 5 mg valium to sleep at night, and the next day I usually feel quite tired and out of it. I cannot imagine what it would feel like to take 20 pills. Very depressing
Usually just wake up feeling angry cause you took all your pills but cant remember ever taking them to begin with. Its not even real diazepam, its etizolam bought from some telegram or dark net market and resoled to the user at a higher price.
You'll be safe enough walking the streets, but you want to minimise it. If it's a day out you're looking for, Dundee is an unusual choice but just stay in the town There's fuck all to see outside the town anyway
Add to that, benzos are really an underwhelming high. You just get sleepy and chilled out. Hell, I take one 5mg for panic, two at the most if its really bad, and other than the anxiety going away I just get very sleepy. There's no rush like with alcohol or cocaine.
I have extremely bad anxiety and diazepam is the only thing that ever makes me feel happy, I get 14 5mg a week ( from the GP ) and take them all on the same day then let it leave my system for 4 days

They ain't leaving your system in 4 days pal. Try weeks or months! Been there, 4 years hooked, 6 seizures, 9 days in hospital. Don't play with benzos because benzos don't play with you! Be careful dude! ; )
He will never kick that. Benzos on their own are basically an unbreakable habit, let alone with spice and methadone in the mix. The three most addictive drugs there is.
You can use a flubro ring instead of a benzo ring . Does the same thing. One of them had a half life of 70+ hours. You can even make them work on specific receptors (there's 3), and of course the amygdala
I took 300 mg of diazepam along with 6000 mg Tramadol, I know it's not a flex and you won't believe me but still, I wasn't as high as the dude in the video. Spice is actually the scariest in that combination with the methadone and diazepam. 80% of the high is caused by spice and the rest of 20% is methadone and the diazepam.

I can't understand someone taking diazepam recreationally. I get it from the Dr and have to take it when I am in distress I hate taking it I can't function on it I feel groggy and it takes 3 days for 1 tablet to wear off I get no enjoyment out of taking it whatsoever
It so saddens to see this it reminds me of my long friend who died 40 years old same age as me this year drug overdose I been. Clean now’s of alcohol free for 12 years off the drinks and 3 years off powerful painkillers and speed cokes weeds my 12 year old son save my life without him I would’ve dead by now’s
Living in Scotland, been tapering down diazepam through my doctor for a few months now. Started at 15mg down to 5mg a day now. Hasn't been too bad but i'm guessing the worst is yet to come?
I have once quit xanax and slowly tapered down and I didn't get any real withdrawels untill I stopped taking them completely. I don't know if it's the same with valium but a benzo free life is way better than being addicted to them. Just hold on and get rid of that nasty addiction, be a free man or woman again.
5mgs is a very small dose, congrats on getting down. Hell, 15mg is not a lot, really. Guys like the one in the video are on hundreds of mgs a day, that's a whole different ballgame. Yes you might experience some discomfort, but 99% chance you'll be just fine.
Well, Benzodiazepine withdrawal is pretty lousy, but just remember, the 5mg withdrawal you experience is significantly less that quiting a high dose cold turkey. It's going to be uncomfortable and you probably won't sleep very well if at all for a while, but you CAN do it, and you WILL reach baseline normal again. Congrats on tapering and stay strong man!!
used to deliver milk with levi lasted 1 morning. went awol found him few hours later in some granny's porch out for the count she was poking him with a stick. also found a load of bottles in the 1st houses bin

When my mum died I took diazepam for a few days to get me through the initial trauma. It zoned me out ; made the grief seem distant but after a week or two stopped taking them.
I found a report in The Courier from 2019 which said Levi had been charged with possession of a lock knife, and sentenced to a prison sentence in Perth Prison. Didn't say how long the sentence was.
Choices -we are free to make them (usually) and sometimes being imperfect we all make one's we wish we hadn't, but the responsibility for the consequences of these choices are who's exactly ?
I was a big Valium dealer when I was young, due to my mother being prescribed them and cut off and was lucky enough to get a contact that I flooded the valley with and was addicted to them taking up to 80 a day plus methadone and heroin. At one time I was called by the agency that prescribed my methadone saying my life was in danger because of something that was in the fake diazepam I was selling. Luckily it was only a thousand bag but everyone that had taken them n been on methadone had coughed up blood. Thank God no one died, I went to court countless times for possession but one time was caught with two thousand and luckily they didn’t send me to prison and I had a breakdown because I stopped taking them dead. I’m currently prescribed them but will be cut down rapidly after five years of prescriptions, so I’m terrified I’ll start buying a lot again
@@j.b.8546 three five mls a day only, it’s hard as fk to get prescriptions for them round by me and I have them through the mental health team cos doctors won’t prescribe them in the valleys anymore, I only take two one morning and cos I’m on methadone pick ups every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday take four on them mornings. So I have the choice every Monday whether to try and save some up or just have the extra one. I’ve got five spare now and luckily the doctor wasn’t in to alter my script this week so I’ve got another fortnight till the reduction starts

Alcohol and cigarettes are also a type of drug that can kill you. If you take it more than what you need same thing with drugs you can overdose people should take it normally everything will be fine.
Can't say I or anyone I know has seen or heard much about him for a while. Last time I seen him he was slowly passing out sitting at a table in a chinese restaurant in the city centre, but that was in about 2019 so a good few years ago now. He was also jailed that same year for being caught with a knife so who knows where he's went from there.
15mg Diazepam and 10mg Temazepam is ny daily script. Sometimes i bosh a few days worth at once but never has it ever made me pass out or appear too drunk to stand up, i just dont understand?
GPs have to shoulder some of the blame for the vally problem. I knew 3 guys (they didn't know each other) that were prescribed over 20 10mg blues daily. 26 i think was the highest amount. Hed use 6 & sell 20. £140 weekly into his pooch. The doctor for one o them retired & his new GP reduced him to 14 weekly!! I saw him faint so many times when he first got reduced until he got a supply of street blues.

And if your from Scotland with how bad the diazepam and street diazepam problem is up there I’d have took a guess that the saying originated from Scotland, but if you’ve never heard of them being referred to as that as well then gosh knows! 🤷🏼♂️

It’s probably on its way down here then (West Midlands) so I’m guessing it did originate from Scotland and is coming down the country, it is pretty funny and about right as I’ve said if you don’t have a tolerance to them, you can take say 3 or 4 blues (real ones from the docs) and if you’ve not got a tolerance at all I can see them making you wake up in a cell with a boat load of shop lifting charges and things like that lol because they do relax you ALOT in the beginning but for those who’ve been on them years…man to feel like that again you’d either have to come off them for a year to lower your tolerance again (because that’s how long it takes with them because of their half life) or you’d have to take bloody boxes of genuine 10’s for that effect!! I’ll never forget the first and second time taking them and taking 10/20mg ☁️ lol I couldn’t lift my arms off the bed!! It was bliss! But as with everything nice, what goes up must come down unfortunately.

I've used diazys to help coming off booze and heroin but the withdrawal off benzos is absolutely horrific.

I also went to rehab for benzos. They are the absolute devil. Detox was the most painful thing I’ve ever experienced. 7 months clean 😊

In 2017 I was living and working in San Francisco at a great job, unfortunately that income allowed me to always have more than enough drugs around. I was taking 100mg of methadone a day, an average of 12 Xanax bars, and smoking crack to balance myself out, not to mention working 8-12 hours a day. I don’t know how I lived through it. Getting off those benzos in particular was the hardest thing I went through, until I tried kicking methadone at the same time. I went in a coma for 5 days

Benzos always gave me the most intense munchies (Diazepam and Xanax in particular), like I’d eat everything in the pantry and a gallon of ice cream! One day I got my refill of 90 2mg Ativan (Lorazepam) … that doctor was insane he started me off on that dose! Anyways one day I got it filled and went to my friends house as he was barbecuing, him, his wife and myself took one pill each and got excited to eat, next thing I know I wake up two days later on a kid’s bed (nothing nefarious - his son was with his mom for the weekend and I was so fucked up they had me sleep on his bed). I couldn’t remember anything but when I looked in my pockets I found my pill bottle totally empty (somehow the three of us took all 90 pills), a little cash and a bunch of casino chips. Luckily my car was still there and I never got arrested!
I had a coke problem for years and alcohol and every pill i could get my hands on. Inlcuding oxycodon . Morfine,tramadol and codeine. Today i only use methadone and it saved my life or i would be dead allready years ago.

They never closed down industries. Never signed a decree to shut down factories. People allowed themselves to be lured by the unions into getting greedy. They slacked off, were inefficient, and refused modernisation to prevent industries getting more efficient. Unlike in Germany where the unions accepted it. Industry was outcompeted. If you're talking about the ship yards, if they can't get enough work to justify themselves as work goes to cheaper countries, what do you expect? Perhaps this was always the intended destination, as Union leaders are as controlled as politicians, but people still allowed themselves to get greedy and unreasonable.
I have a muscular pain condition and I sometimes take half a 5 mg valium to sleep at night, and the next day I usually feel quite tired and out of it. I cannot imagine what it would feel like to take 20 pills. Very depressing
Usually just wake up feeling angry cause you took all your pills but cant remember ever taking them to begin with. Its not even real diazepam, its etizolam bought from some telegram or dark net market and resoled to the user at a higher price.

There tolerance grows and a lot of the time benzos make u forget so they go take more not knowing that they already took some
Add to that, benzos are really an underwhelming high. You just get sleepy and chilled out. Hell, I take one 5mg for panic, two at the most if its really bad, and other than the anxiety going away I just get very sleepy. There's no rush like with alcohol or cocaine.

You can use a flubro ring instead of a benzo ring . Does the same thing. One of them had a half life of 70+ hours. You can even make them work on specific receptors (there's 3), and of course the amygdala

I took 300 mg of diazepam along with 6000 mg Tramadol, I know it's not a flex and you won't believe me but still, I wasn't as high as the dude in the video. Spice is actually the scariest in that combination with the methadone and diazepam. 80% of the high is caused by spice and the rest of 20% is methadone and the diazepam.
And I say this because last time when I smoked spice, without any other substances, I felt like I was dying and got blacked out for 10 hours

I can't understand someone taking diazepam recreationally. I get it from the Dr and have to take it when I am in distress I hate taking it I can't function on it I feel groggy and it takes 3 days for 1 tablet to wear off I get no enjoyment out of taking it whatsoever

Living in Scotland, been tapering down diazepam through my doctor for a few months now. Started at 15mg down to 5mg a day now. Hasn't been too bad but i'm guessing the worst is yet to come?
I have once quit xanax and slowly tapered down and I didn't get any real withdrawels untill I stopped taking them completely. I don't know if it's the same with valium but a benzo free life is way better than being addicted to them. Just hold on and get rid of that nasty addiction, be a free man or woman again.
5mgs is a very small dose, congrats on getting down. Hell, 15mg is not a lot, really. Guys like the one in the video are on hundreds of mgs a day, that's a whole different ballgame. Yes you might experience some discomfort, but 99% chance you'll be just fine.
If you're tapering from a low amount it won't be that bad. Quitting a high daily dose cold turkey gets you badly, you'll be fine.
Well, Benzodiazepine withdrawal is pretty lousy, but just remember, the 5mg withdrawal you experience is significantly less that quiting a high dose cold turkey. It's going to be uncomfortable and you probably won't sleep very well if at all for a while, but you CAN do it, and you WILL reach baseline normal again. Congrats on tapering and stay strong man!!

When my mum died I took diazepam for a few days to get me through the initial trauma. It zoned me out ; made the grief seem distant but after a week or two stopped taking them.
I wonder if there is any update about Levi. I looked some years ago but found nothing.
I found a report in The Courier from 2019 which said Levi had been charged with possession of a lock knife, and sentenced to a prison sentence in Perth Prison. Didn't say how long the sentence was.

I was a big Valium dealer when I was young, due to my mother being prescribed them and cut off and was lucky enough to get a contact that I flooded the valley with and was addicted to them taking up to 80 a day plus methadone and heroin. At one time I was called by the agency that prescribed my methadone saying my life was in danger because of something that was in the fake diazepam I was selling. Luckily it was only a thousand bag but everyone that had taken them n been on methadone had coughed up blood. Thank God no one died, I went to court countless times for possession but one time was caught with two thousand and luckily they didn’t send me to prison and I had a breakdown because I stopped taking them dead. I’m currently prescribed them but will be cut down rapidly after five years of prescriptions, so I’m terrified I’ll start buying a lot again

@@j.b.8546 three five mls a day only, it’s hard as fk to get prescriptions for them round by me and I have them through the mental health team cos doctors won’t prescribe them in the valleys anymore, I only take two one morning and cos I’m on methadone pick ups every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday take four on them mornings. So I have the choice every Monday whether to try and save some up or just have the extra one. I’ve got five spare now and luckily the doctor wasn’t in to alter my script this week so I’ve got another fortnight till the reduction starts

Can't say I or anyone I know has seen or heard much about him for a while. Last time I seen him he was slowly passing out sitting at a table in a chinese restaurant in the city centre, but that was in about 2019 so a good few years ago now. He was also jailed that same year for being caught with a knife so who knows where he's went from there.

GPs have to shoulder some of the blame for the vally problem. I knew 3 guys (they didn't know each other) that were prescribed over 20 10mg blues daily. 26 i think was the highest amount. Hed use 6 & sell 20. £140 weekly into his pooch. The doctor for one o them retired & his new GP reduced him to 14 weekly!! I saw him faint so many times when he first got reduced until he got a supply of street blues.

It’s probably on its way down here then (West Midlands) so I’m guessing it did originate from Scotland and is coming down the country, it is pretty funny and about right as I’ve said if you don’t have a tolerance to them, you can take say 3 or 4 blues (real ones from the docs) and if you’ve not got a tolerance at all I can see them making you wake up in a cell with a boat load of shop lifting charges and things like that lol because they do relax you ALOT in the beginning but for those who’ve been on them years…man to feel like that again you’d either have to come off them for a year to lower your tolerance again (because that’s how long it takes with them because of their half life) or you’d have to take bloody boxes of genuine 10’s for that effect!! I’ll never forget the first and second time taking them and taking 10/20mg ☁️ lol I couldn’t lift my arms off the bed!! It was bliss! But as with everything nice, what goes up must come down unfortunately.
