    Great training man! Be careful with doing too much heat prep. You need some, but too much can hurt your race. Use your judgement and listen to your body. Keep up the great work!

    Yo! Good luck with up coming races. Ps, if a shoe hurts you it could be that it’s not the right shoe for you. I’d recommend asics metaspeed sky. Very comfy and very simple. And a super shoe. You’re the athlete, the shoe doesn’t make you, it should work with you not against you. Hope this helps and stay strong 💪

      Thanks man! Thats a good thought, historically fast running in general just gets my calfs a bit sore the first few times I introduce it at the beginning of the season, but could definitely be a matter of the wrong shoes bc it isn’t as bad in typical trainers! Appreciate the support!!

    Get fitted for shoes and soles man I had knee pain for five months straight got fitted and went away immediately
