Raila is the only strongest and real African leader only standing in the whole of Africa. Put on African cultures and her struggle...its a gift for kenya.

You are probably very young or possibly born to be ignorant. The kind of question you are asking was asked in 2002. NARC was pledging to undertake the kind of projects that had not been undertaken in the country for a long time. And the sceptics asked, "Where will the money come from?" Then when those projects got underway, the same sceptics asked, "Where did the money come from?" Very simple. Just clamp down on corruption. This proposed social safety net will cost in the region of 300billion to 400billion shillings annually. Kenya Govt loses some 600billion to 800 billion shillings to corruption annually. That's where the money will come from. And once you inject that money into the economy, it spurs consumption, leading to increased economic activity in several sectors.
