    METHOD:
    1. Take an equal amount of garlic cloves and ginger (1 cup each)
    2. Peel the skin off the garlic cloves and remove the ginger skin after washing it well & dry it well
    3. Grind both the ingredients in small batches without adding water
    4. Add 1 teaspoon Salt & 2-3 spoon cooking oil (salt & oil will act as preservatives)
    5. Fresh and homemade ginger garlic paste is ready
    6. You can bottle it up in a glass, air tight container and refrigerate for up to 15 days
