    I usually do back before chest. Reverse? Or stay the same?

    I like this but when you are pitching aren’t you not using you’re chest

      You want to avoid pushing with your chest but stretching your pecs at the top of the load is imperative to producing high velocity

      I’m pretty sure( but don’t quote me on this ) that your chest helps strengthen the little muscles around your upper body. Having any fast and strong twitch muscles can’t hurt.

      It’s just also been said not to have a huge chest for baseball because if will make you “tight” but if you stay mobile it’s fine
