    Great video Eric. One point I will add is the ability for any plan to adapt fast. As Mike Tyson mentioned: "Everyone has a plan until they get punched in the mouth.”
    I will focus on agility for any leadership. The need to be able to set short term goals with fast feedbacks loops is primordial for such plan. At the end of the day change or transformation have no value if they are not adding value to the business.

    Unbelievable...unbelievable.
    This is worth money. Then again ofcourse it is. What I mean is u r not holding back - baiting, u r givig away everything - directly actionable information, education...enabling through and through. U r just giving away gold. It can only mean u r an endless gold mine.

    Great video! Love that you include the outtake ... very humanizing because we won't all get it right on the first go all the time. Currently developing case studies to guide change management practices in hybrid work environments. Cannot emphasize enough that comms plans and org design should factor these shifts as more businesses use remote/onsite combos.
