Great video Eric. One point I will add is the ability for any plan to adapt fast. As Mike Tyson mentioned: "Everyone has a plan until they get punched in the mouth.” I will focus on agility for any leadership. The need to be able to set short term goals with fast feedbacks loops is primordial for such plan. At the end of the day change or transformation have no value if they are not adding value to the business.

Currently developing case studies to guide change management practices in hybrid work environments. Cannot emphasize enough that comms plans and org design should factor these shifts as more businesses use remote/onsite combos.
