Thank u sir u have given the best explanation which is very important ,mostly people build houses spending lakhs and lakhs of rupees ,unfortunately during summer we r not happy to stay inside our houses because of the heat , specially after 7pm to 4am its so hot and humid in the house that yr whole body feels sticky ,
The second option that u mentioned Bricks one is actually very very important for all people who build slap on the top, mostly people use 1st option and finally every year the amount of money we spend comes approximately to the 2nd option and secondly the trouble and discomfort that we have in our own house because of humidity and leakage is way better to have 2nd option ,thanks a lot sir ,God bless u and yr family

sir old house (30 yrs old house) ka roof ko griding karna sehi rehe ga ki odinary tile lagana. roof me sipeage nehi hotahe bas leveling ka problem he pani kuch jaga pe rukjata he. roof pe gardening bhi hota he. 2 manjila bala he no pilleer.

Sir I stay in chawl ,1 plus 1, 2years we had put slap, that 2 years during rainy season we have faced lots of trouble as the work was not done properly, during rainy season we had to keep plastic sheets on the cupboard, fridge ,tough time , my question is Brick Bat coba has to be done directly on the coba , and above that what finishing has to be done ,if I want to tell the maison what do I have to tell him ,like what material he has to use ,
Remove old Coba completely, the clean total surface area then only make new waterproofing..

My house is ground structure with slab. About 45 years.
Started showing signs of wetness about 15 years back.
Used fresh bituminous coating for continuous 5 years. Shifted to EPDM rubber.
Poor quality of workmanship allowed water to seep under the sheets during heavy deluge.
Tried to improve drainage, which showed result to some extent
But now sheets have bulged up at transition and drainage gets blocked. Water starts to drip in the house drop by drop.
25% area now shows sign of wetness.
Is demolition essential or water proof chemical would suffice.
Agar IPS karne ke bad... Dam Prof paint diya to chlega ky...
