- I'm so excited to share this video with you all. A neighbor needed help on the street I used to live on. She is such a kind kind lady and was overwhelemed with her home. Me and my father in law took the day and turned this property around! We were so thrilled with the results, and I hope you are too!

You need to wear a mask when power washing. I had a patient that inhaled mold and fungus, passed away from inhalation of it. She devolved pneumonia and sepsis, was put on a ventilator. Despite heavy duty antibiotics, she passed away, she was 34 yo. Please take care of yourself, your members love you.

There is a better way to do the siding without streaking it up with the pressure washer. Get you a pump up sprayer and some pool bleach and spray the siding down and it will melt off the algae and mildew mix 1/4 bleach and the rest water. Just spray the plants with water before you spray the bleach solution. It’s much easier and looks great .
same thing happened to my cousin in England. It was the moldy carpet in her car from a windshield replaced incorrectly. She died just one year ago.

Such a great transformation of this sweet ladies yard and home. How nice of your FIL to suggest helping her and then lending a helping hand. As for the “dueling whips,” the winner was the lady, as both of you did a fantastic job on her yard. How sweet of your MIL to feed you lunch and for your wife and MIL to add the beautiful flowers. Seniors have many reasons why their lawns become unmanageable. Fear of being taken advantage of or harmed as well as having no clue who to call. Or finances are tight. Thank you for being the hands and feet of Jesus. By cleaning up the place and putting flowers up you additionally just removed a bullseye as a possible target as the house no longer says 'I can be a victim'. Now perhaps she can have a lawn care company come in to maintain. God bless

I love watching your videos. I think we, the viewers, enjoy them because we can see a project from start to finish. The efforts of hard work are immediately apparent, unlike much of the work many of us do every day in an office cubicle, which seems never-ending. While I do like to watch the mowing and edging, I really enjoy seeing the trash cleanup, the cutting back of bushes, limbing trees, removing fallen branches, and repairing fences and gates and doors. Thank you for helping out the community and giving me a way to relax on the weekend.

How fantastic your FIL not only found a job for you but he helped. Helping neighbors, especially our seniors, is so very selfless, caring and wonderful. Want to commend you on actually listening to your FIL about the tree trimming. Tribal knowledge, he passed it on to you so you can pass it on. Absolutely my fav property and home so far, you went above and beyond, and then, the flowers ???!!! Gave this lady a fabulous freshen up. You can tell yard loved and cared for just needed, well, some love as you said. Everyone involved did a stellar job.

It really is. It's the pearl of the street now.
My thanks to you for NOT cutting down your neighbors plants that she had in her yard . So many just take everything down and nothing is preserved. Even when we are not able to get out and work on our flowers we still look for there return every spring summer n fall. It brings us the energy and life back that we once had when creating our garden
