Probably had it drilled into him during his title movie. You never know what words or phrases have a rigid requirement or why. For the cloak, it's probably something copyright related since it's a named object in the comics. Kind of like how The Transformers has to be said in full to prevent referring to the characters as a common name and losing the rights to the name.

Oh, come on! It is so unfair to bring that up. When you are an actor, and you are doing voiceovers or reading commentaries you have to say the lines as the director wants them. It is the director who has made a blunder when there is incorrect pronunciations on the end product - not the actor. The actor can be asked to say the same line in a variety of different ways, just so the director has something to choose from when putting the whole thing together. Should the director than choose something which isn`t top notch quality, that is his/her responsibility - not the actor`s, who probably said it like he did, because he get feedback from the director, that was spot on.
You are inside a studio, with a mike in front of you, a screen where the movie/scene in question is running, the lines you are supposed to say are on a monitor - and you are either alone in the studio (commentary), or there are more cast present, and you have to be ready to speak the line when - and for as long as on the scene in question. Sometimes (because the close up are not on you, or you are included in a larger group) it is not of any use looking at the screen at all. Instead you have to watch a digital clock, to be able to start your line at the right point and time in the scene. And while trying to focus on all of this, you have the director in your headphones, telling you how he/she wants you to read the line or the running commentary. If they know what they are talking about, it can be helpful - if they don`t, you still have to say the lines as they want to hear them, while gradually getting more and more worried you will end up sounding like a total disaster, since the director doesn`t have a clue about how the commentary should be read.

Thibaut ADER he is talking about the fact that Tom pretty much just says whatever he is thinking (he has been spoiling Marvel movies for a little while now) which is one of the flashbacks to where Benedict stops Tom and starts talking about how much he likes to work with Tom (1:41). Chaperoning a sewer just means the sewer spills out random crap and you cannot control it (like Tom).

Actually none of them. Since Edna stopped making them in her last dedicated Marvel movie "Edna: Heros need some style". Btw. Incredibles are for me the strongest heroes in whole MCU.
What I love about these Marvel movies is the genuine chemistry that the actors have with each other. You see it in group interviews where they're genuinely having a good time.
