Deafstar isn't ZeRo though. Jv3ing someone relatively unknown outside of their home state is nothing compared to two-stocking ZeRo in under a minute at a tournament.
I'm struggling to understand why that play got #2. The combo that took Corrin up to 50% was sick, no doubt, but that combo didn't even take the stock, a basic edge guard did, and that was only the first stock. Didn't seem on par with the other plays in the top 20.

Jose Miguel Melee is more technical and hard to master. Smash 4 is more what Smash was supposed to be (in my opinion). An argument can be made for both, and while I personally play Smash 4, I do respect Melee players and enjoy watching Melee tournaments.
Yeah, actually I play both of them and its impressive the skill needed in Melee to master certain techniques. Its a great game but the only thing I complain is the unbalanced roster and the amount of clones. While Smash 4 is not as fun as melee in terms of technical play in my personal opinion, the roster is well balanced, the metagame is evolving really good and its also great to see the techniques that some players have developed in tournaments.
I'm sick of seeing the Wombo Combo in these videos. Yeah they're flashy but they're not that impressive and at this point they're just boring to watch. Yeah, some guy gets juggled a few times. Congrats.

Looked untechable. Too close to wall. Hit stun frames overlap buffer window or something forget the exact science but I know it can happen that close.
