F1 or Indy cars can't go over 330 Miles per Hour, but rather 330 km/h (Kilometers per Hour). My guess is that it's going 330km/h although it says MPH. This verision of PP2's looks modified.
It's on the high speed setting from the dip switches. On the average speed setting, the car can only go up to like 265 MPH. Therefore, it is not modified. And actually, the car is going 330 MPH. This is an arcade game that was made in 1983. It's not realistic by today's standards, but it was very realistic for its time.
