Hola Alberto. A very well done video. The local chamber of commerce should put you on their payroll. What a beautiful lake.The plant nursery is great. Anyone with a house and a big yard could shop here and create a plant paradise without going broke. I love plants and trees, and took a horticulture class at university. A book called "The Hidden Life of Trees" by Peter Wohlleben details just how complex and sophisticated the life of trees really is. If you have a chance to read this book you will never look at trees the way you have in the past. Highly recommended. There may be a Spanish language edition, I'm not sure. The second I viewed the dolls hanging from the trees I thought of the Isla de las munecas in Xochimilco. The story of the little girl drowning in Xochimilco is really sad. What happened to the man who found her and looked after the island and the dolls is also sad. I read that he drowned near where the little girl drowned. Do you suppose the movie you learned about will prove to be as good as Tizoc? Probably not. Mexico's golden age of cinema created some marvelous movies, not just Tizoc. There are movies by Luis Bunuel ("Los olvidados" and "El"), and a seemingly endless number by the multi-talented Emilio Fernandez and his great cinematographer Gabriel Figueroa ("Maria Candelaria", "Enamorada", "La perla", "Salon Mexico", "Rio Escondido", "Pueblerina", and "La malquerida", to name a few). Fernando de Fuentes ("El compadre Mendoza", "Vamanos con Pancho Villa", "La casa del ogre", and "Dona Barbara"), Arcady Boytler ("La mujer del puerto"), Alejandro Galindo ("Espaldos mojados"), Roberto Gavaldon ("Macario"), Rogelio A Gonzalez ("El gsquelito de la Senora Morelos"), Alberto Gout ("El Gallo tiro" and "Aventurera") and Joselito Rodriguez ("Angelitos Negros")created numerous cinematic gems. Not to be outdone was Ismael Rodriguez ("Los Tres Garcia", "Nosotros los pobres", "La oveja negra", "No desearas la mujer de tu hijo", "A toda maquina", "Dos tipos de cuidado", "Los tres Huastecos", "Los hermanos del hierro", and of course "Tizoc"). In 1919, before Mexico's golden age of cinema, Enrique Rosas filmed "La banda del automovil gris" in 1919, a silent film gem that was rediscovered and restored a few years ago. This is a list of really good movies (but far from complete) and I've had an opportunity to see a few of these movies, but most are not available on a decent quality DVD, so I'm still waiting to see and enjoy most them. Good morning William, yes Tenango de las Flores is an excellent place to buy very nice plants, also very cheap, I am surprised by the number of films you mention, you know a lot about the environment of Mexican cinema, especially those eras of good cinema, I have I have seen most of the movies you mention, the one that was made in two, I'm going to look for them on TH-cam, in this upcoming season I have Christmas Eve flower seal, apart from what they usually offer, it's getting really pretty, I send you my regards.
