Ya know, I'm kind of angry at this. Like, Greg here wants to ruin something that someone wants to do because he thinks it will benefit him. I mean wow, not everything has to be an award winning franchise, sure it can be a hope but that doesn't have to be the main goal. Besides, it wasn't about him. It was about a character similar to Rowley and his adventures, that's was it, that was all there really was. Instead, Greg wants to turn it about himself and how he thinks the story should be written. I'm not gonna just self-inserting, hell that's why I kind of do a lot of the time. But a story is meant to be written from the heart usually, it should have to appeal to someone else all the time, it's like with this story series my mom reads. She mentioned that people complained that there was too much sex then when there was a book without ANY sex they still complained about it. Another comparison is the whole 'art fixing' thing, ya know where people fix art and make normally Asian characters from anime black or have some kind of weird skin thing or some third thing I can't think of. That's something I hate and I'm not gonna even get started on that whole problem. Then this would turn into an essay about that problem. I know that this is a children's book but I mean... they are just piling on more and more reasons to hate the main character. If I were to read the books now, I'd probably hate the whole experience. At this point, Greg should Zoo-wee his last Mama and just bow out.
Dude. Stop looking at Greg’s actions WITHIN the story as actual flaws in the story. This was the intention we were supposed to see how Greg is from rowley perspective. So stop saying this is an actual flaw within the storyline cuz it’s not

I won't be surprised if Rowley wrote the entire book, and greg manipulates him into giving the money and says, "If it weren't for my awseome self, this character wouldn't exist, and he would probably take 75 percent of the money
The book actually gets better to me after a lot of Greg’s suggestions, even though the intentions were really bad and a full Greg book wouldn’t be good, either. The romance and death and meeting of other characters was really fun
Rowley should write his own journal in secret without the influence of Greg in possible future novels but who knows Greg possibly was Rowley’s house full of cameras
When I read the books in school, i thought of Greg as someone who wants to make it. His drive and determination. But now, hes a lazy person who wants everything handed to him. If I ever met him, I would want to disown him

And rowley is pure
“Roland’s too busy practicing his flute to be interested in girls...”
Kinda ironic when you think back to the Diary of a Wimpy Kid days and realize the worst antagonist figure in the book is the supposed protagonist.
It kind of makes it a diffrent book ya know like from the bullys perspective those are hard to come by
that kinda gives the school a point to reward bullies and bully the offended kids
Yes another video, thanks for the late birthday! Really Greg stop abusing Rowley
Hi Val I love your videos you inspired me to start making TH-cam videos🖤
Awww!
greg named roland's action figure "peasant", which means "poor person from the old times"
Jeff: I base Greg off of myself
also Jeff: and then he's gonna say "Your an idiot-
"Garg must've loosened it." ah yes exactly why he couldn't pull the sword out
Greg already lost it when rowley REVEALED the book, so its canon
Greg Heffley really reminds me of somebody I knew back when I was 11.....Damn. This is getting deep....
Physiologist: Front facing Greg isn’t real he can’t hurt you
Front Facing Greg: 3:32
I hope greg heffley experiences spain without the s.
Bro shortan your comments
@@CringeLord471 Fair point but a few short words wouldn't really explain how I feel about all of this tbh.
Dude. Stop looking at Greg’s actions WITHIN the story as actual flaws in the story. This was the intention we were supposed to see how Greg is from rowley perspective. So stop saying this is an actual flaw within the storyline cuz it’s not

is that a sequel to Diary of an awesome friendly kid.
Yes
@@cringechannel1071 ok.
Yes
@@CM1_SonicAndOtherStuff you didn't say ok to craigrobinson9180
And I thought Bart Simpson was a horrible friend
Khalid Henry or Eric Cartman.
@@MichaelBlaneWalker nah dude dont compare Greg to CARTMAN
@@Userrrr6834 Newsflash! Greg makes fun of Rowley’s interests and wrote a very nasty note to him!
@@MichaelBlaneWalker alright? My point still stands?
@@MichaelBlaneWalker do you want me to list all the crimes cartman did?
The story was probably a little bit interesting but then it got more interesting with the plot twist with the Wizard at the end.
I won't be surprised if Rowley wrote the entire book, and greg manipulates him into giving the money and says, "If it weren't for my awseome self, this character wouldn't exist, and he would probably take 75 percent of the money
Greg’s mind is to filled with being famous
The book actually gets better to me after a lot of Greg’s suggestions, even though the intentions were really bad and a full Greg book wouldn’t be good, either. The romance and death and meeting of other characters was really fun
I FREAKING love rowley’s book, I wish there was a version with only the story. Greg ruined it
Greg may have been an idiot, a sociopath, and a puppet master, but he's a good bussinesman.
Dude. I remember when I was like 10 and I laughed at this stuff in diary of a wimpy kid.
1:16 . I don't like snitches . But Rowley is such a happy wholesome kid . Especially in the new movie . I hate seeing him sad
I realize the sad truth that Greg is really toxic and tries to be cool and doesn’t have fun
He probably doesn’t realize the damage that does to others.
Rowley should write his own journal in secret without the influence of Greg in possible future novels but who knows Greg possibly was Rowley’s house full of cameras
This is another good perspective of the book
Is it bad that I legitimately cried about lefty dying?
you know what I want? a Manny perspective book, what is he thinking when he is tortureing Greg.
When I read the books in school, i thought of Greg as someone who wants to make it. His drive and determination. But now, hes a lazy person who wants everything handed to him. If I ever met him, I would want to disown him
Greg is just as selfish in Rowley's books as he is in his own books.
Greg gives off “Karen who records themselves being absolute trash like people will be on their side”
While most people will punch Greg in the face if they meet him I will try to find out what motivates Greg to act like he does and try to make him a better person
Aka purify him when no one else will
