I think its been hacked cause if I press down a bunch before it goes to the clock I can see a bunch of games. What do I do? Can I somehow get to a menu before it goes to the clock somehow? Can I factory boot it, since I was looking forward to hacking this myself? Any help would be awesome. Thanks in advance.
@@justincase5704 There is no memory card. I think I figured it out. I think the slide is not recognizing it is open. I've reset it and it shows the opening sequence telling you to slide the Go open. I do... and nothing happens. I've taken this damn thing apart 3 times already and still have no idea where there is a sensor or switch that tells the Go it is open. I'm going crazy over here!!!🤣
Lol. Yeah, normally I would return it, but i'm getting into microsoldering and repairs for fun on my off time. I've replaced the motherboard and it's running fine. I'm now looking into what chip tells the board it is slid in the up and down position. I have a donor board and since there isn't any info online I'll be swapping 1 chip at a time until I know what chip is the culprit. Then I'll probably post a Video on reddit for others looking for the solution. Unfortunately, it might be a while as I'm working on what feels like a million projects at the same time. 4x PS4's, 2x PS5's, 4x 2020 macbook pros, 1 2020 macbook air, 2x Bose bluetooth speakers and a plethora of psp vita and go's🤦🏽♂️

@@itscaouzababy4809 you might have to delete the update file and copy it over to your psp again and if not look for a different update file. I had to retry like 5 times for it to finally read the update!
Hey, I just did all this i do have all the emulators but when i click in them there is no games. for example i click on the super Nintendo emulator to play but no games in them. do i have to download those games separately???? please help
the problem I have is I get a messaging asking to replace or merge the files from the PsP folder. I've tried both options and neither one of them shows a system update only a network update.
well you update you need put the named folder call update into the games folder that in the psp folder and rename the update files as eboot in all caps

Not sure which cfw your ps3 is on. Most of them are the same with only slight differences. Mainly some apps like webman or multi man might not work on older cfw. But if you have webman and multi man running already then there wont be much difference.
I would beware, it probably does comes with games but it's probably not legal, so if they would cut corners legally they probably cut corners quality wise as well.
Hey I want to make it permanent so that I don’t have to restart the psp for the games to show up... Infinity installation but the power button on psp e1004 does not work so is it still possible ?
@@ThatGuy-hb1my it was a year ago anyways the select button is non functional as well lol It’s literally a 10+ year old psp it was my older brother’s friend’s then became my brother’s and then it was passed onto me, I used to let my nephew n other kids who visited play it and that’s when it stopped working but I can still charge it and play for hours lmao 😂 I’d buy another one if I got the opportunity tho

nope you can't and it's to use the single sd card adaptor for the psp cuz the double one don't work well with psp and the the single apadptor can only go up 128gb only so far.

don't get the double memory card adpator cuz it doesn't work will with the psp and it can break much easier then single one and just get the single one with 128gb sd card.

I had this issue too. I found if you use WinRAR and extract them right to the ISO folder it works 100% of the time.

On my psp version 5.50 gen-d2 it only shows the network update tab but not the system update tab. And it's not wanting to connect to the wifi :(
