Nice they serve cocktails in wine glasses for that luxury feel as well as the Globetrotter amenity kit. I just flew ANA "the Room" last week. Much less luxury with a complimentary drink in paper cups and paper warm towel. Also a disappointing replacement instead of the Globetrotter amenity kit. I suppose with inflation and increase in tourism flying ANA, I feel service is a bit stretched to accommodate all the tourists. Looking forward to try "The Suite"

I flew “The Room” recently (video is coming☺️) and I got the Globetrotter amenity kit on the flight from London, but flight from Tokyo was an another brand.
I got served plastic wine glass for pre departure drink and was surprised they didn’t offer warm towel service

I just flew on ANA using the room and while it was expensive, it was absolutely worth it. Not sure how it could've been any better until now.
