Mine all have been different so with my first and second post birth meal was lasagna. My third was taco bell. We will see this time what I get but it's probably most likely going to be Chipotle I've been craving it this whole pregnancy so far
I cannnnnot wait for that first meal. I had my first at 10 pm so everything was clos3d even the cafeteria but I was hungry and that meant a McDonald's run. 😂 best chicken nuggets ever! Then I took a much needed sleep
I did nottttt like laboring all night vs the day but I liked giving birth in the morning vs the afternoon, then you have all day to get situated & not doing all the switching around in the middle of the night!
I want to cry my nurses were terrible nobody ever even offered to get me food my husband always went to get it I didn't know they actually feed you makes me want to cry how in human some nurses were

IHC hospital food is actually bomb 🙌🏻 Ate it all the time while my husband was in the hospital after a transplant surgery.
The first meal after birth is life giving. Anything after birth is 😂

In the uk, you get toast & tea. And if your lucky a microwave meal 😂😂

At my hospital food is free for the patients. It definitely was not included on my itemized bill, but my daughters resuscitation was clearly listed 😅
