Performing good deeds in order to get better Karma is as shallow, hollow and as self serving as it gets! There is no virtue in this. Think about this for a moment, "A man stands laughing at another man as he drowns! You would label that as evil = bad Karma. Another man jumps in the water and saves the drowning mans life! You would label that good = good Karma. Now what if the drowning man after being saved goes on to murder a family? Suddenly the good mans actions have led to Evil/bad Karma. Now the Evil man who let the drowning man die, has led to a family surviving being murdered = good Karma." Pay no attention to Karma! Live in the present moment and lead with logic & compassion, for no one can possibly know the outcomes of their actions, whether they be good or bad. Playing life as a way to bank good deeds for later rewards, is folly at best and self serving at worst. Just live & let life be your teacher, your Karma will be what it will be, just like your life will.
