There's a lot of reused cores in modern bowling, you're not wrong. This year there's not a whole lot of new cores coming out. The Hammer Effect is one, and Swag has the new Ace coming as well. Motivs new core this year was in the Evoke. But most brands are reusing existing cores and updating the cover stock.
