Today we setup a Height Adjustable Desk from box to fully usable. Being able to sit or stand while working is great, and I am not a fan of those sit on the desk style standing desk adapters. This allows all of your desk to follow you up or down, and you can choose what ever top you decide to use. In this case, I purchased a 48" x 25" Butcher Board countertop from the nearby Menards home improvement store for $99. If I decide down the road to move this desk to a new location, I can always use a bigger top if I want to, that is the beauty of this Standing Desk frame.

I got a 74" wide top that has a little sagging in the middle since there's no support there in my current desk. Do you think the crossbar on this desk can support it well?
