It looks so slow when you're watching from the ground, but when you're on it, it feels fast and relentless as fuck. All of the elements hit you one after the other, and you're constantly getting thrown up out of your seat.

I am surprised Six Flags isn't marketing it as a launch coaster because of that little thing right outside of the station...
it's not really considered a launch coaster, because the main way the coaster gets speed is the lift hill. To be considered a launch coaster, the launch has to be the main way of getting the coaster to increase in speed. This... doesn't.
@@echubbi8611 In a way you're right, but technically it launches the trains with tires before the hill because the trains need to reach enough speed to make it over the pre-hills.

They radically changed the ride from the original Colossus. It has me wondering outside of the lift hill and the far turnaround, how much of the original ride did they keep? After seeing the POV though, I do like it and I was impressed with the idea that they changed it from a two track racing coaster to a mobius coaster in which the track goes around itself twice. Timed right...you could still get the trains to race. There are at least two moments in which the two trains could have the riders heads over one another. That's another cool idea. Well, even though I am disappointed to see the original Colossus go, this does look like an improvement.

One Thing I Have Noticed About Roller Coasters Is That The Off-Ride POV's Make The Roller Coaster Look Boring And Small, Hehehehe, This Thing Is So Fun And Intense, The Airtime Is Awesome! Never Underestimate This Powerful Beast!

Well it's all depending on when the train leaves r the station. The riders could take too long and miss the chance of dueling. So it's not six flags fault. But as of that I hate how sometimes six flags only run one track on superman and use 1 train for the riddler
Depends on how fast the riders get on a train. Last time I went, I was able to get a race with another train, and let me tell you, that was one epic moment.
In order to race on time the riders have to leave the lap bars up but only put on they seatbelts, then the attendance will push it down for you.
Watching Rollercoasters is fun, but I will never ride on one again!

This ride could use a single riders line, well I guess every ride at MM could. But I can see how it would make it harder to get the trains dispatched quickly to race, having to call in people from a separate line and what not. It's rare to see a train completely full, there's always at least a couple empty seats. But this ride has the most consistent operations in the park, and the line moves really quickly compared to some of the other rides.

Yeah you go up twice on a single track that turns from blue to green, a k a, Möbius track......BUT WITH THAT HEART DROPPING TOP GUN STALL ON THE GREEN SIDE, YES, I SAY IT'S MORE SCARIER!!!!😦

It's up to whether or not the people load into the train fast enough. When the air gates open, the operator says "You have 25 seconds if you want to race." Then you have to wait for the people to get out, which sometimes takes a while, then everyone has to put their stuff on the other side of the station. Then everyone has to get on the train, buckle the seatbelt and pull down the restraint. Then the team members have to go and check everyone's belts and restraints, and the operator calls out numbers of lap bars that aren't pushed down far enough, and they have to go and run up and down and push them down. And if all that happens in 25 seconds, the trains race. There might be a little wiggle room with the green lift hill changing speeds, but that's about it.
I thought the trains are supposed to be dueling. Isn't that the point of the hanging stall elements on each track so there'd be the "high fives" from riders on each train??

With scream around you can barely hear all the other coasters there. I personally like the quietness but you can go wrong with a B&M roar.
I'm hearing the operators aren't synchronizing the trains to race. That seriously depletes the experience IMO.
