A man very dear to me passed away...
I know this is not a good way to start a video description, but I want to send out the message. My mom always used to say "Make the most of today, you'll never know what's gonna happen tomorrow." She is, as always, right. I tried my best to live with that notion, and it gave me a lot of things.
You only live once, why not make the most of it? 'Carpe Diem my friends, make your lives extraordinary'

Very sorry about your loss. Your videos are always filled with perfection, and it is always obvious that the person who made it poured all their heart to it. You never fail to amaze me. You wrote so many right things in the description, and it surely made me think. We only have one life (it is what I believe, anyways) and why not live it greatly when we have the opportunity? Why do we fill our minds and hearts with sadness and sorrow and fear all the time? Of course, life is nothing without those emotions, but there are so many beautiful things to be grateful for, to fight for, so many. May not one of us waste our times drowned in those emotions and however hard it may be, focus on the good things. Beautiful as always. Thank you.

I just rediscovered this video on the day my grandpa is passing away. I remember I found this video when my other grandpa passed away and it has always held weight in my mind as I find myself thinking about it often. I raise to him a morphine toast...

God, this is beautiful. I so needed to see this video today. I am sorry for your loss. It is so hard to lose people, especially when they are young and didn't have time to experience all the world has to offer. A few weeks ago my friend (aged 25) passed away from cancer, and just this past week I lost two friends (aged 31 and 24) to drug overdoses. Life is so incredibly short. But that doesn't mean it can't also be beautiful. We just have to remember how fragile and precious it is, and enjoy each moment while we still can.
Your mother is absolutely spot on. The only thing that we know for certain is that we're alive to see today, and the only thing that matters is making the most of what time we have with those we love. You should be so proud for going out and doing that every single time you make a video, and every time you do what you love. Thank you so much for every one of your videos, and you have our full support in your time of grief. I'm so sorry to hear of your loss, and hope that you know how much we all love and support you.

yeah, this made me tear up. even as a grown man, it's hard to have those unresolved feelings and emotions you never got to hear from your Dad.
I have this video saved in my notes, so every few months I can come back to rewatch it. Every single time it makes me feel things I cannot fathom into words. It makes me feel so lucky to simply exist and gives me this warm fuzzy feeling deep down in my stomach that I cannot quite describe. Even though this video is three years old, I come back to it ever so often. As for 2021, this extraordinary edit gave me a little push to rethink what feeling alive means to me now that I am a year into more or less strict lockdown and months seem to only pass by without excitement.
