Yup i agree, i have 8+ exp into devops and have been part of both service and product based companies. Updated profiles with shortest notice period gets the priority and seeing the market scenario its hard for any company to wait for 100 days for you. 90 days np plus 10 days of process.

Now my question is, do I need to mention every other client's name and the work that I have done? That is 1 recruiter action per day. You need to improve that.
Also, its not that new profiles perform well, actually updated profiles perform well.

Freshers need atleast 1 year to get ready to actually start contributing, no one wants to wait and invest and then after 1 year fresher will switch.

You cannot convince , just tell the truth and tell them you try to request manager to release soon.
