I am so happy and grateful for these delicious recipes. I know these spiny gourds as Gac fruits from Thailand which I brought home to Malaysia n planted with much success. I was shown to eat the pulp covering the seeds when red n ripe and the fleshy part blended into juices..both taste very bland.. I have just been leaving them on the vine since. TQVM indeed.

Its soo good to see the children help with preparation and cleaning up around the house. I like every dish cooked and prepared especially the shrimp curry.
