I'm surprised they never fixed the brakes and acceleration on the M7A, they are unrealistically powerful haha. LIRR M7 is much closer to how these actually handle, they literally could've just copypasted the weight, accel, braking numbers for the M7 and fixed it. The only actual differences between the M7 and M7A in RL is the style of 3rd rail pickup and the ACSES display in the cab

That would cause the timetable to also be messed up since that is calculated by the physics of the unit so making it move and brake slower means it might not be able to finish a service in time causing a domino effect.
I know dtg explained that the physics are a bit different but it's not simple to just change the physics

@@potatoman451 It's an easy timetable, MTA always pads their timetables to compensate for line congestion. The route also has signal bugs galore, I usually end up with another train 6 inches from the back of mine on the later half of this route.

​@@mrvwbug4423yea but if the trains accelerate or decelerate slow, then it could mean you run late and end in a domino effect. Physics affects timings and if you change physics without updating times, you run late. All that is a ton of work
