when i hit the Powerball i will buy me a house in the Caribbean somewhere just to get away from the hustle and bustle of life in the United states....nice peaceful island to enjoy the beach & nature & the locals.
There is no way I can disprove what you are saying, and you know this. As a realtor, you can say anything you want at this point. Let's say a house is listed at $1.3 million US dollars ($2.6 million BDS approx) and the true asking price is $1.3 million BDS dollars (.65 million US dollars), and the unsuspecting buyer pays the listed price of $1.3 million US dollars, itsn't that paying double? Certainly not my "fear". I am not the buyer so I won't need to see a list of your market comps. No need to get defensive. I guess this is one of the global side effects of the COVID pandemic. We are all paying more for everything and price gouging has become commonplace. Point is: who protects the consumer?
Sorry, not worth US 1.3M. My concern (as a native) is that you realtors are doubling the price of the homes so instead of quoting the price in BDS dollars, you are quoting in US dollars. Seen better for less.
Hi there, I have to inform you though that speaking in a different exchange rate does not double the price of any property. Mango Villa sold months ago and got full asking price AND was sold to a Bajan so I understand your fears but they are unfounded.
This house is absolutely gorgeous! I wish I could afford to buy it!
Its very difficult to understand what you are saying, I don't know if it,s the wind or not, so wait until you are inside to explain.
How much for this house not furnish

It’s Sold?
lots of wasted space
I am not sure wasted is a fair evaluation but ok
