I absolutely felt it mainly in my third eye. I felt it literally opening, after the second minute then I just closed my eyes and what I start seeing was him there. I felt it in my heart - strange warmness and like a tickling sensation. Btw my third eye is aching atm. Hopefully is something completely normal as because of the state of awakening. Yes dear, very much so. Light language is channeled by the soul which is divine consciousness. Subliminal messages are done through the mind and therefore act on certain levels only. Light-language is more of a healing tool and activation tool to your divinity and it works beyond the mind, emotions etc, while subliminal messages are there basically to reprogram the mind (depending on what you are using). Also as with everything, it depends on what feels good and nurturing and effective to you, because even in light language or subliminals (and any modality of healing) it is important to know who the healer is and to resonate with their energy.
