Tiny campervan with kitchen, shower + toilet. Westfalia Jules Verne.

- The Westfalia Jules Verne Elegance is 514cm long, making it a tiny campervan in my book. This tiny campervan is Mercedes based and as a shower, kitchen and toilet all crammed into this space.
I live in a motorhome full time and travel around Europe in it. I spend most of my time in Poland, Germany and Italy. Vanlife is my life.

I do this by regularly attending trade events such as CMT Stuttgart, Abenteuer und Allrad, Caravan Salon Dusseldorf, Warsaw Caravan and Camping Show and sometimes others.
I cover equipment, including 12v electrical equipment and talk a lot about lithium batteries.
I also show some of the places I have visited in Europe in my own motorhome, as well as the places you can stay at! I try to give as much coverage as I can to official campsites and free places which I use for overnighting. Therefore you can find here the aire or stellplatz that you are possibly looking for.

I like the Jules Verne. Nice little thing. Obvs not so good for living in, but for trips, nice and could be instead of a car, not as well as.
Puzzles me that the kitchen gets so much priority in these compact campers - compromising space for more important things.
The Tiny Merc is really just a weekend camper and is tended to be a jack of all trades, I liked the tailgate tent/awning we had one of them on our little Bedford Rascal van, that became a camper by putting a double airbed in the back for a simple weekender, I think the cost to convert that was around £50 in the early nineties.
If anyone from Mercedes ever reads this, we want these in the US!
The first mini kamper reminded me of my truck. I kould sleep, watch tv (cell phone), in other words kamp in my truck no problem. The shower part was kreative, but in this mini kamper is nice. 🐱

The Jukes Verne is the same layout as the Kepler One IIRC. At least the Mercedes has a decent engine with a fuelling system that works unlike the amateur hour VW attempts, so although it's £53-70k whereas a decent Sevel camper is £45k, it _does_ make a very good car replacement and could easily be used all year round for all purposes. Good for holidays with a mix of camping and hotels and the cost is offset by not needing to buy and run a separate car.

Still not entirely sure how the bottom hoop stays in the tray, it's a bit shallow and I can imagine streams of water running over the floor - but with care at least it has one!!! Plus it has a bathroom door for the toilet tucked into the wardrobe door.
The other Westfalias are somewhat less imaginative, especially their crafter/beluga whale attempt. I can only assume the £70k price tags are to make the smaller vans look cheaper.

Do you realize that these Campervans will cost twice the price here in the states? $140,000.00 to start,, with options $170,000.00 +. Ridiculous price diff by the same Manufacturer for diff countries.
