    I have always said be kind to yourself. If someone treated your partner the way you treat yourself you would smack them one. You need to re-think the way you treat yourself.
    You are never going to be perfect no human is thank you for sharing. Cheers

      No human is perfect, but most humans are lazy, including myself. 💪

    Having used that technique myself many times, I can totally agree that we should never condone or advise anybody else to use their inner hatred as it can be a risky manoeuvre.
    When it works, it can work with great effect, but it (at least for me) acts as a sort of "last resort" 👍

      Defo a risky move and admittedly since Saturday I have felt like there is more negativity within me that has found its way to the surface. Luckily I know that my mind doesn't always tell the truth, so I will keep bringing my focus back to the positivity in my life, and keep focussing on working as hard as I can on improving myself. 💪

    Everyone needs a bit of time out sometimes. Even a few days away down the coast away from everything can help.

      Very true BUT it's a balance. Too much time out for me is very dangerous because I am naturally very lazy. 💪

    Maybe have a talk with a personal trainer mate, see if you can change things up a bit that way so you're not as knackered 🤔 👍
