If it continues bearish then you lost the train and wait for another one, but if you wait to retest you have a better confirmation that the market will go towards the anticipated direction, obviously nothing 100% sure but it’s a massive indicator that will go hour way.
By the way if I trade on 4H than my stoploss so much bigger most to people day trader on prefer 5 or 15 min . Is there any chance to share your trading plan

Which I don’t want to be a negative Nancy but there’s a reason these people sell courses if they were making millions on trading why the duck would they take time to train you instead of just making way more money.

No not necessarily
It can break through resistance/support however the video looks at day time frame as those resistance and support bands would be a lot stronger

Best thing you can use is a sizing calculator there’s plenty out there
