      Such an important topic, and presented so clearly - great lesson! The “aha” moment for me was using this approach to employ 2 different triads over a more complex chord containing extensions like a minor 11: the chord hidden within the chord, so to speak. Brilliant, logical, and sounds sooo good! Thanks Nick! Got some work to do now…

    Stellar lesson from Nick. Big takeaway for me is that you have to be able to locate the triads immediately, no "umm, now where is the nearest A minor in this location...". Lots of work, but the quality of those solo demos shows how much it's worth it!

    important demo: 42:27 . Very important how you select the note that you use to transition from one chord to the next chord. Nick does it well. I don't yet. 31:20
