There was no lie behind Vinita's comment. From the beginning of the episode it was clearly visible that this entrepreneur was not humble enough. Firstly she underestimated and disrespected her customer by telling 'Karol bagh ki aunties jo english nahi bolti hai'. like how can you measure someone's dignity with an language! If you wanna make business first learn to understand the customer and respect them. Vinita and Piyush absolutely did the right thing.She should feel comfortable that she didn't get to meet Ashneer.I still remember how Ashneer literally cooked an lady entrepreneur who came to shark tank to promote her machine which could detect the fruit was good or bad and later played the victim card by introducing her co-founder's pregnancy. Peeyush is the MOST sorted person on this Shark Tank. He’s a thorough gentleman who doesn’t even jokingly insult his Co sharks which otherwise is a usual sight at shark tank. He’s well mannered, focused on his business and a great human being. Vineeta too is always very gregarious and light hearted. I’m so happy to see these two speaking as is against The Arrogance this lady has shown. I learnt so many things from this one video. 1. When Vinita was able to judge her attitude towards people I learnt how one should choose the right words to share their views. 2. When Piyush mentioned about not being defensive I learnt that one should never put anyone else down to show themselves better or superior. 3. When she was surprised by their feedback. I learnt that whatever you think you are is not how people will see you as. People will always form their own opinion about you. So stay humble. 4. I learnt that one must always be prepared for feedback. If people say something that you never heard before. It means that the way you think and speak has taken a different direction. It may be important to reorient your thoughts based on how the world changes around you. 5. When she cried and said “mere pe allegation laga diya” and Piyush saved the day. I learnt that one (feedback receiver) can play a victim card to get out of a bad situation and you have to make sure you (feedback giver) should de-escalate the situation when your feedback has not taken the right way to avoid future clashes. 6. I learnt that in a room full of negative comments other sharks did not go with the flow and ha mai ha mila Diya. Each shark observed and addressed the situation differently. 7. When Anupam and Aman continued to speak other important things. I learnt that some men are not scared of outspoken verbally aggressive women. 8. When she got an offer I learnt that even when you see that things are not going the right way for you. You should not loose hope and not give up. Gotta stay stronger during tough times. Many more little little things. But the above were some serious ones!

I think she lacked self esteem more. She started with her personal achievememts and then put others down, that shows that she puts others down to feel better and behave confidently. She immediately got defensive and emotional when the sharks pointed out her lack of humility and her response was denying that she lacks humilty and then taking it all as just that she messed up, taking it as a personal attack and not just useful feedback from sharks, just focusing on how she messed up. She seems to joke around alot, to reduce the seriousness of the situation for her comfort and talks casually to seem confident and you can see her desperation and closed off body language in the end that contradicts the way she is talking. She gets arrogant and too casual as a defense mechanism. Talking way too much and too fast is a behaviour of someone with low self esteem trying to look confident in a space that intimidates them, this is to avoid feeling too conscious of themselves.

The way sharks are calling out the pitchers for not being humble (which is good), they should also call out Aman when he is being rude to the pitchers.
These are skin conditions were a dermatologist should assess and see if lasers are suitable or not. Being from a medical field there is a huge variety of lasers in market and not one laser is suitable for everything. If not done correctly these lasers can cause burns, swelling and other side effect which cannot be corrected. Namita is 100% correct she has no answer about how the training was done for her employees. Moreover brands like kaya etc do all these procedures post a face to face consultation with a dermatologist. Please be careful when getting these procedures done

There was no lie behind Vinita's comment. From the beginning of the episode it was clearly visible that this entrepreneur was not humble enough. Firstly she underestimated and disrespected her customer by telling 'Karol bagh ki aunties jo english nahi bolti hai'. like how can you measure someone's dignity with an language! If you wanna make business first learn to understand the customer and respect them. Vinita and Piyush absolutely did the right thing.She should feel comfortable that she didn't get to meet Ashneer.I still remember how Ashneer literally cooked an lady entrepreneur who came to shark tank to promote her machine which could detect the fruit was good or bad and later played the victim card by introducing her co-founder's pregnancy. She is just pointing out people who aren't actually rich but (have insecurities about their looks and) want to change their look. Peeyush is the MOST sorted person on this Shark Tank. He’s a thorough gentleman who doesn’t even jokingly insult his Co sharks which otherwise is a usual sight at shark tank. He’s well mannered, focused on his business and a great human being. Vineeta too is always very gregarious and light hearted. I’m so happy to see these two speaking as is against The Arrogance this lady has shown. I learnt so many things from this one video.
1. When Vinita was able to judge her attitude towards people I learnt how one should choose the right words to share their views.
2. When Piyush mentioned about not being defensive I learnt that one should never put anyone else down to show themselves better or superior.
3. When she was surprised by their feedback. I learnt that whatever you think you are is not how people will see you as. People will always form their own opinion about you. So stay humble.
4. I learnt that one must always be prepared for feedback. If people say something that you never heard before. It means that the way you think and speak has taken a different direction. It may be important to reorient your thoughts based on how the world changes around you.
5. When she cried and said “mere pe allegation laga diya” and Piyush saved the day. I learnt that one (feedback receiver) can play a victim card to get out of a bad situation and you have to make sure you (feedback giver) should de-escalate the situation when your feedback has not taken the right way to avoid future clashes.
6. I learnt that in a room full of negative comments other sharks did not go with the flow and ha mai ha mila Diya. Each shark observed and addressed the situation differently.
7. When Anupam and Aman continued to speak other important things. I learnt that some men are not scared of outspoken verbally aggressive women.
8. When she got an offer I learnt that even when you see that things are not going the right way for you. You should not loose hope and not give up. Gotta stay stronger during tough times.
Many more little little things. But the above were some serious ones!

I think she lacked self esteem more. She started with her personal achievememts and then put others down, that shows that she puts others down to feel better and behave confidently. She immediately got defensive and emotional when the sharks pointed out her lack of humility and her response was denying that she lacks humilty and then taking it all as just that she messed up, taking it as a personal attack and not just useful feedback from sharks, just focusing on how she messed up. She seems to joke around alot, to reduce the seriousness of the situation for her comfort and talks casually to seem confident and you can see her desperation and closed off body language in the end that contradicts the way she is talking. She gets arrogant and too casual as a defense mechanism. Talking way too much and too fast is a behaviour of someone with low self esteem trying to look confident in a space that intimidates them, this is to avoid feeling too conscious of themselves.

These are skin conditions were a dermatologist should assess and see if lasers are suitable or not. Being from a medical field there is a huge variety of lasers in market and not one laser is suitable for everything. If not done correctly these lasers can cause burns, swelling and other side effect which cannot be corrected. Namita is 100% correct she has no answer about how the training was done for her employees. Moreover brands like kaya etc do all these procedures post a face to face consultation with a dermatologist. Please be careful when getting these procedures done
