Hi Siobhan, the book on the table is a guide to Manchester, the room is really fab and spacious. I think you are near Salford judging by the buildings. Have a great time. Xx 😅
Five star accommodations. Nice work on filming too. Yeah, the curtains have a sheer see through for some diffused privacy and the thicker heavier curtain to make the room totally dark.
Oh that is a lovely room! They’ve given you a really nice one. I’m pretty sure the shower doors are frosted too so you’re all good 😊 The last hotel I stayed in was more like the inside cabin of a ship - no windows and very cosy - but I had the best nights sleep. The cubicle for the toilet and shower was all see through glass too which I’ve never seen before in a hotel but I would go again as I actually enjoyed the atmosphere.
Honestly, it was such a lovely room. They were really friendly too and I would definitely go back to stay at that hotel if I were to ever go back to Manchester. They also changed the bed and gave me fresh towels, the very next day. I stayed there for a few nights, they restocked my fridge which had drinks in it, local company and that was on the house, which I thought was a really nice touch. That's quite nice that the shower area was frosted just in case you might want that little extra bit of privacy when you were taking a shower. Your room sounds lovely too. So nice when it's made that little bit extra special.
