I find it difficult to express my shock at the perfection of the timing for this video-- have been struggling significantly with TMJ (lockjaw) and correlated pains in recent weeks, and only just admitted that I need to see treatment and massage, along with physical therapy to try and help loosen and readjust the muscles in my jaw. This makes it so much easier to relax those muscles and put my face in a restful state. Thanks Fred, genuinely appreciate your work here and on all your vids 👍

Ironically, I was dealing with facial spasms do to a pinched nerve all week and this video helped me de-stress a little and get my mind off of it for a while and get some rest.
i was in my room eating and i didn''t even finish my meal cause i fell asleep and woke up to replay it but fell right back asleep LMAO. too talented, one day i'll be able to stay awake through the whole video. the tingles and relaxation is strong
