Great video of the Panasonic KX-TG9471 2-Line DECT 6 Corded/Cordless the Telephone with the Speakerphone, the Caller ID & the infamous Digitan Answering Machine which has the older voice the Jordan! That same voice was the used on the Panasonic KX-TG6572R. I was the hoping you would check that telephone the out.
This phone had some potential and wasted it. Maybe if the Panasonic engineers added more ringtones [especially since it's a two-line phone], improved the feel of the keyboard, and used a higher strength plastic material for the corded handset, this phone would have been worth the money it cost to buy [if not more].
I did some research on that USB port on the side, apparently the phone connects to a computer with Microsoft Outlook installed on it to sync CallerID data to your Contacts. I believe it comes with its own plugin too.
KX-TGA939 is the correct handset model. This is a 2011 model as it said in the date/time setting. To control the answering system of only line 1 or line 2, press ANSWER SELECT. During a call, MENU should say PRIVACY instead, as that's all you get in there. I wonder if the buttons are defective since they're feeling like that.
Hey Jordan, another good video. I’ve never heard those tones before on any phone as far as I can remember, have you ever heard those tones before? Also, I just want to let you know that I’m putting a few corded/cordless phones on the eBay. I don’t mean to sound like I’m advertising, just figured I would let you know. I can provide a link if you are interested.
@@JordanU neither have I, but they’re pretty nice. Anyway, I take it that you are not interested in the phones I will be auctioning? If not please let me know.
You should do a music test on this unit if you can record a memo on it or just use the greeting. The audio quality of the messages seems to be pretty good. also do the same on the Uniden answering machine.
This model oddly doesn't work during a power failure--I don't know why. I guess they weren't able to make it so that line 1 was used when power is out, while on AT&T 2-line phones it works fine.
I have a very good quality Panasonic cordless phone set deck 6.0 it's much better than the new models the model number I have is kxtg l 430B you should get that model
It's astounding to me how many times I have to answer this question. When handling used or disposed of equipment, there exists a moral and ethical obligation to preserve and protect the privacy of the previous user(s). To show the telephone numbers within this phone on a public video would be irresponsible at best.
The models with this handset (KX-TGA939) came out in 2008 (KX-TG938x and 932x), 2009 (939x), and 2011 (947x). I find it odd that it doesn't have it because the 933x and 934x does have it, but otherwise has an older software design. KX-TG958x is the updated version, adding link2cell, talking caller ID, backup batteries, and a modern design.

Very clear audio, looks like a quality product. I like the ringtones & the large text screen, makes it easy to read.
Feels very cheap to me, I think this was from the tail end of Panasonic making good quality phones.

Agreed. There are also plenty of features it could benefit from as well considering the high retail price.
Good video of KX TG9471B corded phone
OK

tone 1 sounds super similar to the advanced American telephones #0/#1 ringtone just a bit lower tone

I don't see any reason why they would be defective.

I can't think of any other Panasonic phones that have this set of ringers.

I'm not really interested in the quality of recording beyond for a voice.
Great video Jordan u.

Could you compare Ringtone 1 on this Panasonic phone to RIngtone 1 on a modern AT&T cordless phone?
There is plenty of video on this channel of both of those sounds.
Keep those videos coming love them!😁😁😁

Can anyone say what cordless phones(Model Number) can be connected to this base .
KX-TGA939, possibly KX-TGA950 as well sans the cell button
The instruction manual likely has that information.
